'Terrorist' Arrested

He's a former neo-Nazi, but now he calls himself an anti-American terrorist, spewing hate on the internet from his apartment in Crafton. But now Hardy Lloyd is in jail. Lloyd calls himself, "The Wolf," - an anti-American terrorist, espousing the killing of police officers whom he calls, "the front-line troops against the people."

He was arrested Wednesday morning for probation violations. Those charges stem from his arrest in the shooting death of his girlfriend Lore Hann in Squirrel Hill in 2004. A jury accepted Lloyd's plea of self-defense, but he was convicted of possessing unlicensed firearms. There are unconfirmed reports that guns were confiscated from Lloyd's home but there's no official word on that.

March Breakout

Around 500 demonstrators marched through Luton, Beds, on Sunday waving banners bearing slogans such as "No Sharia Law in the UK" and "Respect our Troops".

The crowd was supposed to be escorted by police along a planned route. But officers ended up fighting running battles with protesters after the some of mob bolted and began attacking Asian residents. Police drafted in cavalry, dog handlers and riot officers at 5pm in an attempt to control the crowd, some of whom wore balaclavas and shirts bearing St George's Cross.

At one point the mob charged in the direction of Bury Park, an area of Luton where many of the town's Asian population live, where many began chanting "terrorists out" before dispersing.

Former Hamilton cop testifies in conspiracy, bribery case

TRENTON -- Convicted briber and former Hamilton cop Jeffrey Nemes, yesterday testified he was hustling jobs for his construction business in 1998 when he learned of a dream gig -- the chance to build the new Police Athletic League building in East Windsor.

"I wanted the job because for me, it would've been the biggest job I'd ever done," said Nemes, who ran his construction business while working as a sergeant in the Hamilton police safe neighborhood unit. But there was just one catch, Nemes testified, he would have to kick back something to Fiore and Marc Rossi, the business associate who had introduced Nemes to Fiore.

Nemes, pleaded guilty in March for his part in the scam, and received probation in exchange for testifying against Fiore.

Rossi and Nemes have both served time for an unrelated arson-for-profit scheme in which Rossi ordered cohorts to set fires to advance profits in his insurance claims adjustment and Nemes tried to bribe fire chiefs to let the fires burn longer, providing his business with more construction work.

Nemes was 20 months into an eight-year sentence for that crime when he pled guilty to bribing Fiore with a deck. The day of his plea, Nemes walked free from prison -- his eight-year sentenced converted to time served -- and promptly began helping the state build a case against Fiore.

This makes them more valuable for their weight than dimes, quarters, and half dollars that are 8.33% nickel and 91.67% copper. Collecting nickels requires no sorting. A web site that lists information on the metal value of U.S. coins can be found at www.coinflation.com. That site also lists the metal value of older pre-1964 silver coins lower on the page.

Supreme Court: Police can initiate questioning

By a 5-4 vote, the conservative majority overruled a 23-year-old Supreme Court decision that barred the police from initiating questioning after a defendant asserted the right to an attorney at an arraignment or similar proceeding. The 1986 decision held that once a defendant invoked the right to counsel, only the suspect, and not the police, can initiate the contact.

The ruling was the latest in a recent string by conservative justices expanding the power of police to question suspects, but it does not change the landmark 1966 ruling barring the police from questioning a suspect who invoked the right to remain silent or have a lawyer present.

I'm not 1000% sure but almost positive that the teas from India and Vietnam that my brother purchased in New York City came from either yr store or one quite similar to yours. I'm unfortunately living near Detroit Michigan USA where maybe up to 47% of the people are illiterate. Yesterday I was driving from Sarnia Ontario Canada to Port Huron Michigan USA and was detained by the Homeland Security Apes. They expressed terror that the teas from India and Vietnam were in fact some kind of illegal drugs and they took them from me. I pointed out to them that my brother bought them in New York City and my mother who lives in Michigan, transported said merchandise via auto to Michigan and thenceforth drove them across the border to Sarnia Ontario Canada.

When I quoted the actual facts in the case, that these teas spices were purchased in New York City and driven to Ontario via the Port Huron Michigan - Sarnia Ontario Canada bridge, they didn't believe me. They thought they were purchased in Canada. Even though these packages had addresses listed in New York State with telephone numbers, they refused to entertain the thought of calling the New York addresses, or even calling their comrades across the border who lived in Ontario Canada and ask them if these innocent looking teas and spices were in fact dangerous controlled substances. Maybe you can get swine flu from these things was the look on their poor retarded stupid faces.

Please quote this story to your customers. If any one brings these teas to Canada, the Canadians in general won't mind because their IQs are higher unfortunately than the Americans. But if they try to re-enter the USA from Canada with these teas etc., they will have their teas stolen by Homeland Security unless they have proof of purchase with a receipt. I'm not making this up.
