Court reopens way for Demjanjuk deportation

A federal appeals court opened the way again yesterday for the Justice Department to deport alleged Nazi death-camp guard John Demjanjuk to Germany to face 29,000 counts of accessory to murder.

The three-judge ruling from the Cincinnati-based U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit denied a stay of deportation for Demjanjuk, 89, a retired autoworker living outside Cleveland.

His son, John Demjanjuk Jr., told the Associated Press by e-mail, "We are currently considering legal options including an appeal to the Supreme Court."

TT, For the first time, I listened to Alex Jones on the radio last night. 15 minutes of conversation was all I needed to figure him out. Jones brings nothing new to the table. His idea of independent states is to replace the criminals in Washington with new ones.

It's too late to restore the Constitution. It's too late for state sovereignty. The students at Kent State knew that. About three days before student war protesters were shot-up, they buried a copy of the Constitution declaring it murdered.

Update: KKK Recruit Slaying

A purported member of a Bogalusa Ku Klux Klan group has been sentenced to four years in prison after pleading guilty to obstruction of justice in the killing of an Oklahoma woman who allegedly tried to back out of a Klan initiation last year in St. Tammany Parish.

 No excuse Friendless Frank Stafford, 21 (right), admitted obstructing the investigation into the murder of Klan recruit Cynthia Lynch, 43 (left), who was shot to death Nov. 9 in a remote part of northeastern St. Tammany.

Raymond "Chuck" Foster, 44, the alleged imperial wizard of the Bogalusa Sons of Dixie Knights, is charged with second-degree murder in Lynch's death. Lynch was killed after she told him that she wanted to go home.

Foster's son, Shane, is also charged with obstruction of justice, but on April 21, state Judge Reginald "Reggie" Badeaux found him incompetent to stand trial. Shane Foster, 21, was ordered to get tutoring from a court-appointed forensic coordinator in the St. Tammany jail for 90 days in an effort to restore his competency and make him ready for trial.

Shane Foster and Stafford allegedly drove to a gas station near Bogalusa where they asked a clerk how they could get bloodstains out of their clothes, part of an attempt to cover up the crime. Authorities have said that cover-up included digging a bullet out of Lynch's body, burning her possessions and dumping her body into a ditch on Lock No. 3 Road.

I worked for a large construction company until recently doing work on military bases here in Washington State. Over the years I have worked with mexicans, but his takes the cake!

The company I worked for hired illegals, somehow someway they made it through the secure gates and were working on base! Explain this to me how they were allowed through a military checkpoint????

When it came time submit Social Security Numbers and Drivers Licenses to be copied so they could work on holidays on base they declined! This is when I clued into what was goin' on...

I called our office and told them about this, and the following day I was called into the office and told not to tell anyone or I would be "Let Go"...

Well I WAS let go... they are taking over! Opened the new phone book and all I see is "Juan's Landscaping" and ""Ortiz Landscaping"...

Since then I have become a contractor on my own and posted a help wanted ad; in the ad it stated "No Habla Espanol"; well they kept calling and calling, "...do you have any ideas how we can get rid of them?" I am in competetion with these leaches, and like I said they are taking over!

It's not the fact that I am worried about my work being better than their work, my work IS better! They underbid me and do crappy work, hire their uncles, cousins, brothers (or whatever they are calling them), when I am doing everything "by the book"....

A note on the show I submitted and an idea for follow up.

TT: I want to add a note about the show I've sent you recently.

As for those places where I say that I am groping for solutions - that was pretty deliberate. I think it's good because it may get others to chip in with ideas, maybe even making them mad enough to do so. In a subsequent show, I might develop the idea of using the charge of Mulatto Supremacism as a rhetorical device because I have found in my experience that it is effective.

In the same way as I found it effective to say to interracial couples that Black women are indeed ugly - largely because a Black women is not there, and they are only proving the point by rejecting her interests..

So too, the charge of Mulatto Supremacism has been very perplexing to Jews (when a Jewish owner of the retail franchise that I worked for denounced racism in a speech to employees and I handed him a note denouncing mulatto supremacism, he shook his head, only confused), White liberals (not expecting it) and Blacks...

Hi Tom, I called the phone number for the new owner of JewWatch.com, James Stenzel - he bought it from Frank Weltner... I was shocked that Frank would dispose of it. I left a message for Mr. Stenzel... In the meantime, I found a link on JewWatch that took me to a yahoo group: here's the link to that Yahoo group: JewWatch Workgroup.

After I read James Stenzel's post in the above link and comprehended the most of it, Mr. Stenzel called me back. We talked for about an hour. He was a decent guy and it seemed he was stepping in on behalf of Frank Weltner. Reading between the lines, I gathered that Weltner is burnt out and needed a break. Stenzel is his friend.

In my mind, what we have here is history in the making. The JewWatch web site is a phenomenon in itself. I would not be as well educated today if it were not for that web site. Actually, I consider it a treasure of our people, for nothing like it has ever been put together before. It is a combination of facts presented by the magic that is the Internet; a first for our people. Not to take from the Resist.com site... I spend more time there, but, for deep research on Jews, nothing beats JewWatch.

In saying goodbye to Stenzel, I suggested he do an interview for Race and Reason with you. He knows of you. I felt his hesitancy and suggested that it does not matter what people say, so long as they are talking about you. He said Frank Weltner felt the same way. We ventured into the race conversation. Dear Mr. Metzger,

First of all I apologize for my bad English, because I just live in the States for one year. I am going to adult school to learn proper english.

I have a question about the membership. Is it possible for me to become a member of a skinhead organization, because most of them reject me. They say that I don't belong to the Aryan race!? I don't understand this because I am white and I agree with the Ideology of the Aryan organisations. They reject me because my parent come from Croatia. My grandfather was in the Second World War, a local leader of the Ustasa (Croatian Revolutionary Fascist Movement) and still they treat me like I am hispanic or black. I don't understand this! First i would like to express my gratitude that someone finally has taken an intelligent approach to our problem. i have always felt that the clandestine/lone wolf approach will be the most effective in our case. which brings me to my suggestion/question; i have been building a collection of texts and ebooks with the same theme as the ones on your site (survival and such), and many of these techniques require materials and methods that could easily bring ones intentions into the lime light. the solution to me is alternate complete identities (birth certificates, social security cards and such), allowing us to acquire materials that could make us more effective.

there is the suggestion; however, i have searched across the internet and have failed to acquire the info needed to obtain an alternate ID. i have read books about making fake ID's, as well as reading books like "reborn in the USA" to obtain true fake identities, but none of this information seems to be valid. i have even gone as far as dating a woman who works at my local secritary of the state, but this method also yielded nothing. so there it is... any suggestions and/or info you can give me will be appreciated and im sure will be of great use to our cause...

Lonewolves, Joom and DC

Hey TT, I've just listened to lonewolf Joom, and he's fine. you really can figure out that he doesn't take any shit from the system, that's Joom for sure, and his voice sounds well, happy to know he's in shape.

Forgot to mention about lonewolf DC, he's great, a real spy! maybe he's "too strawfor my Wagon"...

During infiltration there i was able to uncover most of their agendas. the toads want to spread their dirty genes into the white man's gene pool by mating with as many white women as possible. This tactic is being used by all the other minorities as well.

The mexicans consider themselves a pure race which is a joke. However they are multiplying as fast as they can in an attempt to outnumber us and thereby overwhelm the whites. They will exploit the welfare roles at all costs and attempt to circumvent the immigration system to get more of them in the country. They feel that all the land taken in the mexico treaty is rightfully theirs and will take it back at all costs. The asians are infiltrating this county by moving as many of their students into our colleges as possible and becoming highly technically skilled. Apparently I am told that it is a lot easier for them to get into our schools because it is so competitive where they come from. This is a systematic destruction of whites from all aspects. In looking at the numbers it is crucial that the whites maintain control of the military. That is our only chance for survival.
