The 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver ruled in April for re-sentencing, so U.S. District Judge Dee Benson on Wednesday reluctantly imposed a new term of 37 months on Shaun A. Walker, former chairman of the National Alliance. He now has about nine months remaining on his sentence.

Travis D. Massey, 32, of Salt Lake City, who had served as a spokesman in Utah for the National Alliance, now is slated to leave prison in two months, when he completes a 30-month term.

Prosecutor Stephen J. Curran urged Benson to maintain the original long sentences, saying they were 'reasonable' considering the defendants' effort to "create a white living space here in Salt Lake City."

Talk show host Hal Turner has admitted in court that he is an FBI informant.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Martin Ashman gave Turner 10 days to subpoena an FBI agent who Turner contends acted as his handler as he supplied the government with information. Turner's lawyer, Michael Orozco, said Turner prevented military equipment from being sold on the Internet and even tipped off the U.S. Marshal Service to a threat against President Barack Obama.

"So you're saying he's an American hero," Ashman said somewhat sarcastically.

Assistant U.S. Atty. William Hogan said Turner may have had some contact with the FBI as an informant but that it was quite some time ago.

I'm a 34 year old white woman. Mother of 2 boys. Married to a white man. I have to admit years ago I was almost drawn in by the equality of the races thing. As I got older I realized what a farce that is. Anyways, all I really want to comment on is race mixing. I see these beautiful white women with these black animals and it just makes me shudder. Why any decent white woman would soil herself with these animals is beyond me. I have always been repulsed by them. Now I don't hate anyone for the color of thier skin but damn!!!! I don't want to live next to them and I certainly absolutely don't want relations with them. In my opinion once a woman has spread her legs for one of these animals she is ruined for life. Hitler made a lot of ideological, military and political mistakes that led him to the defeat and the destruction of Germany.

Hitler should have gained the confidence of the occupied European countries as did Alexander the Great. Instead of his Aryan theory, he should have used the Pan-European idea against the Asiatic Jews and desert hordes. His leadership was inferior in military, political and civilization and that's why he made great mistakes. Even as a military leader, put aside his excellent military leaders in critical battles.

Hitler could have been successful if he had studied and applied the best military and political leadership of Alexander the Great, in order to bring a new way of thinking (political, ideological, economical and civilization) quite different from that of his Jewish opponents. This civilization should have been based upon the Classical Hellenic Civilization that was destroyed by the Jews in the 3rd century when they conquered the Roman Empire with their Judeo-Christianity.

I live around 25 miles from Detroit here in Michigan and that video is everyday thing, but without the statement and cuss. As we watched the video did ur blood boil, did you feel like you hoped you or someone would do the same to them, did you feel your inner animal come alive? Ask yourself, would you like to see these people family have their own revenge? Shotgun Wielded Ineffectively After Nigger Screws Horse

A South Carolina Negroin was charged with having sex with a horse after the animal's owner caught the act on videotape, then staked out the stable and caught him at shotgun point.

Hard Up Barbara Kenley said she noticed several weeks ago that her 21-year-old horse Sugar was acting strange and getting infections.

Rodell (Ben) Vereen pleaded guilty last year to having sex with the same horse after owner Kenley found him in the same stable. He was sentenced to probation!

Kenley thought about shooting Vereen both times, but didn't want to go to prison.

"Everyone around here has horses, and they all said the same thing: 'You should have shot him!'"

Mussolini Blackshirts Revived?

But the group became the centre of a political storm when it emerged that their kit bears a striking resemblance to Italian dictator Benito Mussolini's Blackshirt volunteer militia.

 The Pentagon is preparing to make troops available as the Federal Emergency Management Agency tackles an outbreak of the H1N1 virus this fall.

Defense Secretary Robert Gates will soon sign an order authorizing the military to set up five regional teams to deal with the outbreak of H1N1 influenza.

The plan calls for military task forces to work in conjunction with FEMA. It likely would include personnel from all branches of the military. They will come from active duty, 'National Guard' and 'Reserve' forces.
