German Nationalist Convicted
of 'Hoax Denial'

BERLIN: A founding member of a left-wing terrorist group turned right-wing was convicted Wednesday in Munich of Hoax denial and sentenced to six years in prison after a judge accused him of using the courtroom to spread his message of truth.

Horst Mahler, a founder of the Red Army Faction in 1970, was convicted of incitement for posting videos questioning the Hoax on the Internet, and distributing CDs promoting understanding of Jewish scheming and designs. (Truth is a crime in Germany.)

Mahler used his right to make a closing statement at the trial to give an hours-long dissertation, repeating his denial of the Hoax and expressing his sympathy for Richard Williamson, the Roman Catholic bishop whose assertion that no Jews were gassed during the Hoax embarrassed the Vatican.

"The rage of the people is at the boiling point," he said in defense of Williamson, telling the judges: "Watch out that you don't get scalded."

STAFFORD, Va. - A sexual assault and two other incidents involving a police impersonator has sheriffs in Stafford County asking for the public's help. The suspect [SIC] has stopped at least three cars in the last two months, and has sexually assaulted a teenage driver.

The first incident happened in the Brooke Road area on Jan. 21. The suspect ordered the victim out of her car, but drove off after she became ill. About 10 days later, in the Hope Road area, the suspect sexually assaulted a teen girl after pulling her over and ordering her from the vehicle.

His car is a dark-colored, police-style vehicle with tinted windows with a red light on the dash board. Sheriffs Spokesman Bill Kennedy says that should be the first warning to the public. Anyone with information is asked to call (540) 658-4400.

I have a prediction as to what will happen when the entire country begins to fall apart financially: the politicians will be at a point where they simply cannot raise taxes on the working class without risking a backlash.

So what will "the answer" be? I predict this: the Federal judiciary will step in and order tax increases on the population!!! After all, they are the one branch of government which is answerable to no one, cannot be voted out of office and serve for life. We do not vote these pompous asses into office, we cannot vote them out, and they have lifetime appointments and super concentrated power to basically do whatever they wish. This is a good example of what could be called "NON-representative government". So the federal judges will order tax increases, probably on some excuse that to *NOT* support a "minority majority" state (as California is) would be "racist". I know you are wary of the Federal judiciary, even referring to them as dictators, to which I agree. We really do not have representative government when an unelected tenured judge can order virtually anything they want in the name of the "Constitution". So can federal judges raise taxes? You bet they can! It happened in Kansas City when a federal judge ordered tax increases on the local populace to pay for racial desegregation, integrating schools, magnet schools, and other manner of race mixing tomfoolery. This occurred around early 1980's. I believe it was around seven billion dollars of tax increases if I recall correctly. A lot of constitutional scholars will say that increasing taxes is not a power of federal judges, but it obviously can be done if the judge demands it, as the Kansas City case illustrates.

So that is a prediction of mine as to how our government will eventually "face" the problem of government financial insolvency. "Let the judges raise taxes, as the people can't do anything to the judges".

But who knows, maybe judges raising taxes would be a good thing. After all maybe the public will get sick enough of the tyrannical judges who dictate our lives as it now stands. I sure know I am. How about reparations for blacks now? It will surely call for a huge tax increase and bring the crisis closer. What an idea.

How Can U.S. Recover Without Manufacturing Capacity?

The strength of the federal economic stimulus package is seriously diluted by the fact that many of the manufactured goods that will be purchased for the attempted recovery must be imported from outside the United States. America simply doesn't make lots of things, anymore. That means many billions of dollars that folks assumed would go towards fueling an American economic comeback, will instead provide work and paychecks to employees in other countries, that still have manufacturing bases. That's fine with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, which is dominated by large multinational corporations - the same guys that began stripping the United States of manufacturing jobs decades ago.

The United States' lack of a manufacturing capacity makes it even less likely that anything resembling a lasting recovery can emerge from President Obama's approach to the economic crisis. The infrastructure projects that are supposed to be central to the recovery scheme are only valued at $150 billion - which is not much of a jolt, especially when much of what will have to be bought is only available in other countries, made by foreign workers. Barack Obama has put a huge emphasis on building a green economy. However, according to the New York Times , most of the sources of solar panels and wind turbines are located in Europe and Asia. There can be no green economy without a mass transit makeover of the United States, but the U.S. hasn't made subway and light rail cars in many years. They'd have to be imported.

Like Billy Preston said, "Nothin' from nothin' leaves nothin'." The U.S. cannot create the conditions for economic health without rebuilding a manufacturing capacity. And the remnants of Wall Street have nothing to contribute to an economic recovery, but an infinite capacity to steal.

AIG apparently is requesting another federal loan

Predator insurer American International Group is apparently asking for its fourth loan from the federal government just days before it is expected to report a fourth-quarter loss. The move could put more burden on U.S. taxpayers, as the government has already committed more than $150 billion. The New York-based insurer wants to alter its $150 billion government bailout while it continues to look for buyers for some of its operations, according to published reports.

Three contractors are bidding to fix a broken fence at the White House. One is from New York, another is from Southern California, and the third is from Minnesota. All three go with a White House official to examine the fence.

The Minnesota contractor takes out a tape measure and does some measuring, then works some figures with a pencil. "Well," he says, "I figure the job will run about $900: $400 for materials, $400 for my crew and $100 profit for me."

The Southern California contractor also does some measuring and figuring, then says, "I can do this job for $300: $150 for materials, $50 for my crew and $100 profit for me."

The New York contractor doesn't measure or figure, but leans over to the White House official and whispers, "$2,700." The official, incredulous, says, "You didn't even measure like the other guys! How did you come up with such a high figure?"

The Chicago contractor whispers back, "$1200 for me, $1200 for you, and we hire the beaners from California to fix the fence."

'Dirty bomb' parts found in slain nationalist's home

 A pity... BELFAST, Maine -- James G. Cummings, shot to death by his wife two months ago, had a cache of radioactive materials in his home suitable for building a 'dirty bomb'.

Amber Cummings admitted to the shooting death of her husband, citing years of mental, physical, and sexual abuse. James Cummings was reported to have inherited two million dollars and to have resided in multiple states prior to relocating to Maine.

Amber Cummings indicated James was very upset with Barack Obama being elected President. She indicated James had been in contact with 'white supremacist group(s)'. Amber also indicated James mixed chemicals in the kitchen sink at their residence and had mentioned 'dirty bombs'.

Literature on constructing dirty bombs; information referring to cesium-137, strontium-90, and cobalt-60; and possible evidence linking James Cummings to white supremacist groups were also discovered.
