personal experience that to get into good shape, weights are

weights and 15-20 minutes on the treadmill at a steady clip of
6.5-7 mph. But what is just as important is diet. I've found the
best way to maximize your workout is high protein, low fat, low
carb. Some good foods are tuna, chicken, egg whites, beef jerky,
skim milk.

I want all Lone Wolves and Associates to know that they can
survive on bugs, grubs and worms, with a few exceptions. Avoid
flies, stinging insects, colorful insects like monarch butterflies
or their red and black larvae. Though I eat bugs, I can't bring
myself to eat cockroaches.
But in general, wild bugs are just fine -- grasshoppers,
dragonflies, caterpillars but not millipedes. And if you are a
vegetable gardener, you will find the best stuff to eat -- grubs.
The most important thing with all bugs is to cook them on the off
chance that they are carrying pathogenic microbes, just the same
as you cook meat. When I am preparing my soil I find a lot of
Japanese beetle larvae grubs. I stir fry them and use mustard
leaves to make a sandwich out of them. I highly recommend growing
mustard. It is very hardy, it reseeds itself, it's full of
anti-oxidants and vitamins, and it's spicy. Stir fried grubs
wrapped in mustard leaves is my very own recipe. This year I may
even put away a stash of grubs and blanched mustard leaves in the
freezer for the winter.

The plan to turn toy rocket technology into new weapons
for the U.S. Army is racing ahead. Last year, we looked at a proposal
from toymakers Lund & Company Invention to use their know how to
build a Variable Velocity Weapon System (VVWS). The idea was that
by varying the muzzle velocity, the same gun could fire
crowd-control impact rounds or lethal high-velocity bullets.
The FN303 "paintball gun on steroids" (pictured) can fire pepper spray,
paint, and non-lethal impact rounds -- making it awfully useful for
keeping crowds in check. Soldiers and cops rate it very highly. But it's
got some problems at longer ranges. And in America, it still
suffers from image problems after the death of Victoria Snelgrove,
who died after being hit in the eye by an FN303 round in a
disturbance after the Boston Red Sox won the World Series.
The VVWS will have a maximum range of 150 meters, compared to a
range of 50 meters for the FN303 for point targets. Longer ranges
are sometimes quoted for the FN303 but these seem to refer to
