The guy got injured in the work place and contracted TB, but his company basically screwed him and left him to die. After exhausting all known options, he resorted to placing random bombs in public and detonating them, just so the press would hear his grievances. He injured a couple of people, but George claims he never intended to hurt anybody. After 16 years, 33 bombs, and a bunch of letters to the press, he was arrested and declared "insane." Here's what we can learn from Mr. Metesky:
- Impeding the investigation. I don't think George personally messed with the police investigation, but a number of people planted fake, copy cat bombs and gave false information about future bombs. One guy even called in a Mad Bomber threat on the Empire State Building, which tied up almost all of the NYPD when they searched every floor of the building. LOL!
- His capture. George was never caught in the act, and no forensic evidence (at least forensic evidence at the time period) led to his arrest. They even created a psychological profile using the help of experts and released it to the press, but that didn't quite cut it. The one thing that got him was the letters he sent to the press. Some do-gooder in George's old company went through a bunch of worker's comp papers and noticed a similarity in word usage, such as the phrase "dastardly deeds," which George used a lot in his letters. The police managed to get a warrant based on the similarity alone.- Don't stockpile materials. When the warrant was served, the police found a bunch of unmatched socks (he sometimes hung pipe bombs in wool socks) and cheap watches (which he used to detonate his bombs). They also found a bunch of innocent material, such as pipes and batteries, which they pinned to his bomb making. Yes, they got him because some of his socks didn't match and he had some batteries. If he had kept nothing in his house that could be linked to his bombs, even petty things like unmatched socks, he might have saved himself.
- The Five Words. George admitted his guilt right when the police arrested him, and he gave them details of all his bombings. If he hadn't of done that, he could have argued in court that the evidence mentioned above was too trivial to be considered. Although he got state provided medical care after the arrest, and recovered in a year, so maybe that worked out for him.We need to research more into past LWs to better prepare ourselves. Maybe more associates can research this? It'd make great material for that tactics project people are thinking about.

Advice on Relocating
Hi TT, Greetings from my outpost here in Mexifornia. I told you something a while ago but I doubt you'd remember it because you're a very busy man and I'm just one of many Lone Wolves.
I told you that in 2011 I planned on moving to Northern New England, Maine to be exact. Well, I've been having second thoughts about that. It seems that Muds are infiltrating these Whitest of White states. Just recently, a bunch of niggers got into a vicious brawl with cops at a college in Manchester, New Hampshire. Maine is getting flooded with Somali 'Refugees' and wetbacks are moving there as well. Vermont is getting their share of Muds, too. You would think the brutal winters and harsh climate in the region would dissuade the blacks and browns from going there, but no.Northern New England is very liberal and full of stupid Whites who are not racially aware and haven't had exposure to these Shitskins (yet). They will soon find out just how much 'Dievershitty' 'enriches' their White Bread communities. Maine is a 'Sanctuary State' for illegal aliens, by the way. Portland is a 'Sanctuary City'. More reason for the illegals to flock there.
I fear if I move to Maine that in time I would experience the same nightmare that I'm currently living in in Mexifornia. Ditto for the rest of New England.
