Angers, Excites 'Hate' Groups
"There is a probable hypothesis that in the event that Obama becomes president that you
could have a galvanization of these [white] groups," said John Karl, the officer
in charge of the Los Angeles Police Department's criminal conspiracy unit. "Obviously, law
enforcement needs to be prepared, and how do you prepare? You need to become as
resourceful and comprehensively understand the groups and individuals involved."
Karl says the First Amendment ties law enforcement's hands. Officers cannot move in until
and unless these groups actually commit a crime. "If no crime has been committed, no activity
has come up on the radar screen, we can't arbitrarily start rounding people up," he said. "There
is a little problem with the Constitution and things like that."
Supremacist Groups In California
Travel out of metropolitan Los Angeles -- to Southern California cities farther inland
where supremacists have traditionally congregated -- and it is clear that law enforcement
is in a state of alert.
"There is more on the Internet. There are more flyers, leafletting going out, because now
they have a target," [Chris Keeling] said. "Take Obama out of the situation, you're still
going to have leafletting. But having Obama in there and being a stone's throw from being
the president, has it increased the Internet activity? Absolutely, absolutely."
The FBI set up a task force in Santa Clarita partly because racist skinhead gangs have
long been a fixture there. For years, the Antelope Valley had been a white enclave -- a
refuge from Los Angeles. "This is different. This is new. This has never happened before,"
Keeling said of Obama's candidacy. "We're not doing anything extra, but we're kind of
being more cognizant of things."
Candidacy Fits Into Ideology
Part of the problem is that Obama is playing into the neo-Nazi and white supremacist
narrative, said Brian Levin, who studies hate and extremism at California State
University, San Bernardino. What the groups were saying -- "Jews and blacks coming out of
the urban areas are going to take over this white nation of ours" -- has occurred, he said.
"This is a cultural and racial battlefront," said Levin. "Barack Obama is symbol No. 1 of
the worst the future has to offer."
Catalyst For A Race War
Tim Zaal (left), a former white supremacist from Los Angeles, says the split Obama has created
is almost generational -- between old-school Ku Klux Klan types who are viscerally against a
black man running for president and a new wave of haters.
"You have the more -- kind-of strange to say it -- progressive white attitude: The worse
it gets, the better," said Zaal.
Zaal says the new generation is particularly focused on what they see as the coming race
war. They have been trying to spark one for years. Some think, even hope, that an Obama
presidency will do just that. He says some will actually vote for Obama to send the country
into a tailspin.
"The faster this country falls, the sooner white revolution will arise," he said.
That mindset is all over the neo-Nazi Web sites. On one, a man with the pen name
LastOfMyKind wrote, "Could it be that the nomination of Obama finally sparks a
sense of unity in white voters? I would propose that this threat of black rule may very well be the
thing that finally scares some sense back into complacent whites."

Psycho Trades 'Klan' For 'Christ'

When he was 11 years old, Johnny Lee Clary watched His father commit suicide. He then
traveled to East Los Angeles to live with His older sister and her drug dealer boyfriend,
who allegedly tried to beat the racism out of Him. He responded by hosting even more hate

and was quickly a target for the local gangs.
Clary turned 14 and was seriously contemplating suicide when He saw a television broadcast
of David Duke, a famous leader of the KKK. Intrigued, He wrote a letter to the national
headquarters and quickly received literature on the Klan. At 14 years old Clary became an
official member of the KKK. To defend Himself, He stated, "It could've been any cult, any
gang. I was so low on Myself that I just needed a bigger thing than Myself."
Once He established Himself as a reliable leader, He rose to be an open member, talking
about the KKK on television and traveling as a speaker. "I was determined to get the
message of KKK across Oklahoma. I was important. I was worthless without this group."
With time, Clary began to question His KKK system. The show
"The Jeffersons" held a
particular interest, and He started to cultivate a new mindset. "I began to question a lot
of things. I could never hurt the Jeffersons."
Clary was elected Imperial Wizard for the White Knights in Arkansas. He didn't enjoy it,
citing the KKK committing major crimes and rallies. Now a public figure, He claimed that
the FBI sent a female agent as a spy. He allegedly revealed all to the woman, who became
His girlfriend, and later revealed all the major Klansmen. "The Klan was taking hits, and
going down fast," said Clary.
The Klan turned on Him and targeted Him as a "race-trader [sic]" on their secret hit list.
Afraid for his life, Clary removed Himself entirely from the Klan.
"I was absolutely broke. Penniless. I was going to end up a hobo."
Clary decided on suicide for the second time of His life. Before he shot Himself, He saw
the Bible and decided to find "a passage that may help Me save My soul." [He] finished the
night by reading the Bible, calling Himself a "desperate convert." The next day, He got a
job at a car dealership and managed to pull His life together. One year later, Clary had a
"nice house, a swimming pool, everything I wanted." His pastor's wife told Him to go speak
the work of the Lord, and He followed the idea to preach at Rev. Watts' church.
"I lifted up the name of Jesus and all of a sudden, I was accepted," said Clary.
After preaching at Watts' church, Clary and Watts traveled the country together and held
racial interventions. "Good friends come in all colors," said Clary. "I want to challenge
everyone to end racism together."
As for His thoughts on the KKK today, Clary stated, "The white supremacists are
increasing. They're changing their names. The Klan by any other name is still hate. I
support making the Klan illegal. Every one of them should be in jail."

JOHN CLARY tried to con the Klan but he didn't last long. Then he tried for a shorter time
to con Tom Metzger.
Finally he did what most failures do. He became a preacher. For the last few years he has
lived off dumb White Christians by telling his highly exaggerated story -- as far away as
Australia!
How do you recognize him? He looks a lot like the old tv personality "BOSS HOG".
Clary even claims to have burned down WADE WATTS' Black church -- but had never even been
questioned by the FBI. Yes, you're right: WADE WATTS' ex football playing son "J.C" was the
congressman from Oklahoma. The one the Republicans actually considered running as Vice
President.

TT: Dwindling oil supplies pose a greater global threat than terrorism, business
leaders warned yesterday. They said oil prices will soar above this summer's record levels,
causing misery for families for years to come. The news follows reports oil production
[refinery capacity] is declining much faster than feared.
Without billions of pounds invested in finding new wells, experts think output will slump
by 10 per cent a year [refinery capacity is the problem]. Yesterday's report was put
together by eight companies, including Virgin, Yahoo and bus and train firm Stagecoach. It
warns that reaching peak oil - when supplies start to dwindle - will have a devastating
effect on the economy. It says: "The risks to society from peak oil are far greater than
those that tend to occupy the Government's risk-thinking, including terrorism, climate
change and the credit crunch." The International Energy Agency has warned that production
from the UK's North Sea oil fields will drop from today's 1.7 million barrels a day to
just 500,000 by 2030.

production looked set for a protracted decline, in part due to lack of investment. In only

partners. Mr Dudley said Russian oil production looked to have reached its peak in August.

Suspected 'Holocaust denier' wins first legal battle
as judge throws case out of court.
In the European Arrest Warrant issued in October 2004, he is accused of approving of or
playing down the murder of the Jews by the Nazis. But District Judge Daphne Wickham ruled
the warrant invalid today at the City of Westminster Magistrates' Court in London, saying
it contained inadequate detail about the offences.
After discharging Toben, Judge Wickham granted him bail pending an appeal after imposing
strict conditions which include a £100,000 security. Other conditions include
residence at an approved address, written confirmation from the Australian High Commission
of which passports he holds, and not to access the internet. He is also banned from giving
press interviews.
Judge Wickham added that she had not been required to decide at this stage whether the
alleged crimes were valid extradition offences.

Hey TT, Just wanted to send in a book recommendation. I just read "Lone
Wolf, Eric Rudolph: Murder, Myth, and the pursuit of an American Outlaw" by Maryanne Vollers.
This is a great book for any of those not entirely familiar with the Eric Rudolph story.
I always viewed Rudolph as just another one of those Anti-abortion people with no
connection at all to our cause. But after reading this book I have a totally different
opinion of him. I never knew for instance that he was raised on Christian Identity, and
was both anti-Jew and a racist. His one flaw seems to be his infection with the religion virus.
After reading this book I had to totally re-evaluate Rudolph and now I see him as one of
our own despite his misguided opinions on religion. I picked up this book in my local
library so it is widely available. I'm sure

Traitorous Washington Farmers Lament Lack Of Illegal Aliens
DUNGENESS -- Migrant farm workers "are just not here," said Nash Huber, owner of Nash's
Organic Produce, an operation that produces scores of crops on 400 acres across the
Dungeness Valley.
"I know of farmers around Washington who are having tremendous problems finding help,"
added Roger Short, owner of Valley View Dairy in Chimacum and a member of the Washington
Farm Bureau board of directors.
Short suspects the U.S. Border Patrol's intensified presence on the North Olympic
Peninsula -- what he calls "harassment" -- has frightened immigrant workers off the farms.
"The workers are scared because they're 'undocumented'," Short said.

German economist: Bank managers are Jews!
A German economist compared the recent criticism of bank managers with the anti-Jewism of
the 1930s in Germany. The Central Council of Jews in Germany has demanded an apology from
economist Hans-Werner Sinn, the president of the German Ifo Institute for Economic Research.
Sinn is quoted in Monday's edition of Berlin's Tagesspiegel newspaper as saying that "in
every crisis there are guilty parties sought." Sinn went on to say that Jews in Germany were
blamed for the worldwide economic crisis of 1929, "and today it is the 'managers'."

Today on my way to lunch I passed a homeless guy with a sign that read "Vote Obama, I need
the money." I laughed.
Once in the restaurant my server had on a "Obama 08" tie, again I laughed as he had
given away his political preference -- just imagine the coincidence.
When the bill came I decided not to tip the server and explained to him that I was
exploring the Obama redistribution of wealth concept. He stood there in disbelief while I
told him that I was going to redistribute his tip to someone who I deemed more in need --
the homeless guy outside!
The server angrily stormed from my sight. I went outside, gave the homeless guy $10 and
told him to thank the server inside as I've decided he could use the money more. The
homeless guy was grateful.
At the end of my rather unscientific redistribution experiment I realized the homeless guy
was grateful for the money he did not earn, but the waiter was pretty angry that I gave
away the money he did earn even though the actual recipient needed money more.
I guess redistribution of wealth is an easier thing to swallow in concept than in
practical application. You might try this experiment yourself.

A pro-McCain letter e-mailed to Pennsylvania Jews suggested that a vote for Barack Obama
could bring another Holocaust.
Pennsylvania Democrats are calling on U.S. Sen. John McCain's campaign to disavow the

Party's "Victory 2008" committee.
The letter, which reportedly was sent to 75,000 Jews, was signed by three prominent Jewish
Republicans, including Sandra Schultz Newman, a former state Supreme Court justice, and I.

Some comments on the last news and views: Hitler
For years I wondered why Hitler attacked Russia when he did, why not wait? Stalin and
Hitler knew that war was inevitable. When the Germans did attack on three main fronts, the
Soviet armies in the south were far greater than anticipated. I believe Stalin was going
to invade Hungary, take the oil fields leaving Germany without a source of oil and a
strategic partner. Hitler did fear the production capability of the USSR. He knew Stalin
was building a lot of tanks and artillery
The reason he delayed three months on launching the attack was the necessity of sending
troops into the Balkans because the Italians were getting their butt kicked after
Mussolini tried as usual to bite off more than he could chew. Hitler blew a cork when he
had to delay his original attack. Mussolini had not confided his plans to Hitler.
The reason Hitler declared war on the USA was because we were essentially already at war
with Germany. US destroyers had already sunk two U-boats and ware supplying England with
war materials. Roosevelt sided with England, in fact he may have pushed the English into a
war they did not want. The first thing Roosevelt did was give (Lend-Lease) the British
Navy fifty destroyers. He did this on the guise of "if your neighbor's house is on fire
you lend him a hose."
The German army on speed may have some substance to it. I know that Hitler's doctor
routinely loaded him with speed, and the old saying is correct: Speed Kills! The outcome
of the war may well have been different if Hitler's mind had not imploded from these drugs.

Mr Obama might well be the healer of the racial wounds that still fester in America, and
one hopes he can embody a spirit of reconciliation. But, he could also be a figure used to
pry black and white America even further apart.
If he were to be assassinated, the repercussions for race relations in the country are
unimaginable. More likely, though, would be if he were to lose next week's election
despite commanding an overwhelming lead in the polls. If that were to happen, many would
cite his race as the reason, and the bitterness that would unleash could inflict damage
that would take another 50 years to repair.

Cupich of Rapid City, South Dakota, describing racism as the United States' 'original
sin,' has cautioned against racism in voting.
'As we draw near an election day on which one of the major party candidates for president
is for the first time a person of African-American ancestry,' he writes, 'we should be
able to do so with a sense that whatever the outcome, America has crossed another
threshold in healing the wounds that racism has inflicted on our nation's body politic for
our entire history. However, in view of recent media reports regarding race-based voting,
this potentially healing moment could turn into the infliction of one more wound if racism
appears to determine the outcome. Because of that menacing possibility, it is worth
recalling for Catholics and all Americans the central affirmation of (the 1979 US bishops'
statement) 'Brothers and Sisters to Us': racism is a sin.'

Iowa Labor Commissioner Dave Neil assessed the civil penalties against Agriprocessors in
Postville for what he called "repeated violations of Iowa's wage laws from January 2006 to
June 2008."
"Once again, Agriprocessors has demonstrated a complete disregard for Iowa law," Neil said
in a statement. "This continued course of violations is a black mark on Iowa's business
community."
In September, the plant owner and managers were charged with 9,311 misdemeanors alleging
it had illegally hired minors and let children under the age of 16 handle dangerous
equipment. The complaint filed by the Iowa attorney general's office said the violations
involved 32 illegal alien children younger than 18, including seven who were not yet 16.
The civil penalties totaled $9.99 million, including $339,700 for the illegal deduction of
sales tax/miscellaneous costs nearly 3,400 times; $9.6 million for illegally deducting
money from 2,001 employees for protective clothing more than 96,000 times; and for failing
to pay 42 employees their last paychecks following the raid by immigration agents.

IRS Tax Exemption: The 1986 Methodology Rule
TT: I feel certain you are aware of this; but most of us are not. The contemptuous denial
of free speech is demonstrated in this article. The power to tax is the power to destroy,
and the power to deny tax-exemption is the power to destroy. The story shows how the IRS
continued to find ways to allow Black, Mexican,and Jew organizations to be tax free, but
to stop whites from organizing as a tax exempt organization. I have a sneaking suspicion
there are some of our well intentioned travelers who have "tax-exempt-status" on their
minds. To allow them further tranquility in their ignorance is a disservice to our goals
for its their energy wasted.
While reading the story, it hit me like a ton of bricks in this sentence:

Double Standard of Crimes in America
What about the White Victims of a heinous crime committed by other ethnic groups that
they don't deem "Hate Crimes" unless of course you are dealing with problems/issues/crisis
with someone who is queer.

I'll list a few victims that where and are Hate Crime Worthy: Christian/Newsome; Tiffany
Long; Emily Haddock; Andrea Nance; Victims of Illegals/Immigrants.
Nine murders and two rapes last year were reported as hate crimes, compared with three
murders and six rapes in 2006. Of the offenses classified as hate crimes against persons
in 2007, nearly 52 percent were assaults and 47 percent involved intimidation. Nearly 63
percent of known offenders were white and 21 percent were black.
In response to the FBI report, the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) called for "a renewed
national commitment to prevent criminal behavior motivated by prejudice." Although
religion-based crimes decreased, it noted, the number of reported anti-Jewish crimes rose
slightly, from 967 in 2006 to 969 last year. Crimes against Hispanics also increased for
the fourth year in a row, the ADL said, with 595 such incidents reported in 2007, up from
475 in 2004.
"While we welcome the fact that reported hate crimes declined slightly in 2007, violent
bigotry is still disturbingly prevalent in America, with nearly one hate crime occurring
every hour of every day of the year," ADL director Abraham H. Foxman said in a statement.
