Home-Schooling Family Invaded by Social Worker
According to Kris Klicka of the Home School Legal Defense
Association (HSLDA), a social worker in Miami, Florida,
overstepped the boundary of law when she demanded to interview a
home schooler's children. He says the social worker showed up at
the family's home when the father was at work -- and out of fear
and intimidation, the mother let the social worker into the home
to interview her children, even though the worker neither had a
warrant nor would disclose why she was there.
The social worker -- according to HSLDA -- then partially stripped
the children and searched them, but found nothing. During the
ordeal, the mother called Klicka for legal advice. Klicka was able
to talk with the social worker and inform her that she was
violating federal law.
"[E]very family needs to realize that the Constitution of the
United States has a Fourth Amendment that states that no one from
the government can enter a home unless they have a warrant [that
has been] signed by a judge," Klicka explains. "And the judge
cannot sign it unless there is probable cause -- and most of the
time these social workers do not have probable cause or credible
evidence."
According to HSLDA, the allegations the social worker was
supposedly following up on were based on an anonymous tip
concerning a situation from eight months earlier. After the social
worker could not find any evidence to support those allegations,
she suggested that the entire family get psychological evaluations
-- which the family declined.
Klicka says the family is considering a civil rights lawsuit
alleging the social worker broke the law by (1) entering the home
and interviewing the children through intimidation; (2) not
letting the family know the allegations at the initial visit; and
(3) interviewing children whom the allegations did not concern.
(We all have to remember that most liberals today are brainwashed
to the point of being fanatical about their movement. Just like so
many other nut cults before them, liberals have gone over the top.
They push right up against the very limits of the law to enforce
their sick agenda on the world, and at a certain point they always
graduate to breaking the law to further their agenda. Many people
are under the false assumption that large numbers legitimize a
movement.

voted almost unanimously in favour of it. The decision caused
heated reaction and left at least one member of council calling
for a new vote.

council, said he was the only elected councillor present to vote

correctness gone too far, he said. "They're not doctors. They're
playing politics with this," said Bergamini. "I think they see

as a loss for people with cystic fibrosis. They're playing racial
politics with something that is supposed to bring people together

Dear Fellow Business Executives:
As the CFO of this business that employees 140 people, I have
resigned myself to the fact that Barack Obama will be our next
President, and that our taxes and government fees will increase in
a BIG way.
To compensate for these increases, I figure that our Clients will
have to see an increase in our fees to them of about 8%, but since
we cannot increase our fees right now due to the dismal state of
the economy, we will have to lay off six of our employees instead.
This has really been eating at me for a while, as we believe we
are family here and I didn't know how to choose who will have to
be let go.
So, this is what I did. I strolled thru our parking lot and found
eight Obama bumper stickers on our employees' cars and have
decided these folks will be the first to be laid off. I can't
think of a more fair way to approach this problem. These folks

Israel Prepares to Indict Its Premier/Bagman
JERUSALEM -- Israel's attorney general, Menachem Mazuz, announced
Wednesday that he was preparing to charge the prime minister, Ehud
Olmert, with crimes including fraud and breach of trust over
accusations of double-billing for plane tickets.
Mr. Olmert formally resigned as prime minister in September under
the weight of the investigations. But his replacement as the
leader of the Kadima Party, Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni, was
unable to form a new government coalition, leaving Mr. Olmert in
place as a caretaker prime minister pending elections scheduled
for Feb. 10.
The main cause of Mr. Olmert's downfall was another case involving
money -- much of it cash stuffed into envelopes -- he is suspected
of having received over more than a decade from Morris Talansky, a
Long Island businessman. Mr. Talansky's testimony in a Jerusalem
court in May was devastating for Mr. Olmert, who was already
unpopular in Israel.
Canuckistan hate-crime test soon!
The case against David Ahenakew, which has already been a provocative
and high-profile test of Canada's hate-crime laws, is heading back
to court on Monday in Saskatoon. Mr. Ahenakew's second trial in
connection to anti-Semitic comments he made nearly six years ago
may settle what constitutes the crime of "willfully promoting
hatred" against an identifiable group.

Envy causes Intra-Class Warfare in Detroit
TT: Lately when we hear about class warfare, it is coming
from right wing talk show hosts, claiming that the Democrats are using
envy on the part of the poor and working middle class as a way to
gain advantage against the Republicans in politics. While it is
true that there is some of this going on, the right wingers aren't
telling the whole story. There is much class warfare that goes in
the other direction, especially here in Michigan.
One form of class warfare that has reared it's head again just
recently because of the proposed auto industry bailouts is the
hatred of and jealousy against the Michigan auto worker by his
fellow working man that does not work in the plants or is
non-union. Instead of the non-union or lower salaried workers
wanting the union auto worker's standard of living for himself,
with its high pay, good benefits and its protections against
arbitrary actions by the employer, they want to see the union auto
worker brought down to their level. The poorer, envious workers
might briefly mention the fact that they cannot afford to buy new
Detroit made cars because of high prices, which they blame
entirely on the salary and benefits of the union auto worker, but
that is not what is bugging them. What really puts a weed up their
asses is the knowledge that someone who works for a living like
they do is doing better than they are and has a little bit easier
life. While things like high CEO pay, "golden parachutes" and
things like the AIG big shots having a big party after their
bailout does bother them a little, they get furious when they hear
about the wages and benefits of the auto worker.
Years ago when I first started working for the auto industry, I
had a discussion with another white guy who was on welfare. He was
married and had five kids, and he was bragging about how big his
check was every month. It was a good sized check for not having to
do a lick of work for it. After he was done telling us about that,
then he would start on a tirade about how much the auto workers
made and how that was stopping him from being able to afford a
decent car. It is this attitude, more than anything the rich and
powerful do, which keeps the working man down and in "his place".
Nowadays there are some auto plants in the US that are non union,
and don't pay as much as UAW shops, and there are imports from
Japan and Korea where the pay is not as high as it is here. But
you still won't see poor people going into their showrooms and
driving out with brand new cars, because if those cars are
cheaper, they aren't that much cheaper. The only end result is
that non-union auto workers have a harder life, so that the
company can make more profit.

Alvarez was wheeled into surgery where Nakaji and his colleagues
were expecting to remove a tumor, but they uncovered a worm instead.
Alvarez, who is now healthy and has resumed normal activities such
a playing ball with family in her backyard, said she hopes people
learn this lesson from her story.

RACIAL 'HATE CRIME' CAUGHT ON TAPE!!!
TT, A couple of months ago, I sent you a YouTube video
of the classic racist wrestling angle between Roddy Piper and Jimmy Snuka
where Piper pummeled and humiliated Snuka on his talk show segment on
WWF (now WWE) TV known as 'Piper's Pit'. That occured in 1984.
In 1986, Jimmy Snuka was involved in another wrestling angle that
also had blatantly racial overtones, this time in the now-defunct
American Wrestling Association (AWA). Snuka's foe was the South
African white supremacist Col. DeBeers (real name: Ed Wiskoski).
DeBeers would deliver biting racist commentary in his interviews
putting over the white race as superior to all others, the
benefits of racial apartheid and show his utter disdain for
non-whites... especially blacks.
In matches, DeBeers' finishing move was known as the face-first
piledriver. The move involved DeBeers putting the head of his
opponent between his knees, hoisting him up in the air and driving
him face-first into the mat in a modified piledriver fashion.
In the DeBeers-Snuka angle, the Col. interferes in a match between
Snuka and Larry Zbysko, attacks Snuka and nails him with his
finishing move, the face-first piledriver, on the concrete floor.
The crowd heat for this angle is quite strong and you can see a
white fan trying to get at DeBeers for what he had just done to
his colored hero (and in the real world, quite criminal, maybe
even a murderer) Jimmy Snuka.
Like I mentioned before when I sent you the Piper-Snuka video,
you couldn't get away with having unapologetic white racist
characters like DeBeers or brutal racist angles like this in
wrestling today because of the potential fallout that could come
down on the promotions in our wonderful, DIE-verse, less free, PC
society. (Those promoters have to protect their bottom line you know!)
Anyway, this is just a racial blast from the past from the world
of 'sports entertainment' that I thought I would send along...
