KikeJews: Klan a "sorry shadow"

The Ku Klux Klan is a splintered remnant of its once powerful self, with a handful of chapters in Louisiana and only 5,000 to 6,000 members nationwide, according to officials who follow hate groups for the Southern Poverty Law Center.

The center only knew of seven chapters in Louisiana until an eighth -- the Sons of Dixie Knights of the Ku Klux Klan -- jumped into the spotlight last week when authorities arrested its leader, Raymond "Chuck" Foster, in the slaying of a white woman during an initiation ritual.

Mark Pitcavage (above left), director of investigative research for the Anti-Defamation League in New York, said his research has shown that the Sons of Dixie in Bogalusa is a tiny, isolated unit not known even to other Klan groups.

Today the Klan has no central authority, said Mark Potok, director of the Southern Poverty Law Center's Intelligence Project in Montgomery, Ala. The KKK is a "sorry shadow of its former self." In the mid-1920s, it had a single organization that included 4 million members, Potok said.

Now 34 organizations, with a total membership between 5,000 and 6,000 are "at war with each other... each of them claiming to be the true Klan," Potok said. Most local chapters only have a few members, he said, as authorities believe is the situation with the Sons of Dixie Knights of the KKK.

What Potok, the mini-Dees scammer, does not tell you is that for several years smart Klansmen have quietly gone Lone Wolf or small Cell, sometimes networking. This is much like the original Klan operated.

The reason Dees junior doesn't talk about it is that he no longer has easy access to information. Infiltration doesn't work. Newspapers have determined nothing useful. The Dees money machine is stopping dead in the water because the KKK horror stories used to scam little old ladies are drying up. When those remaining membership groups get tired of being set up and sued, they will dive to periscope depth -- where they can 'run silent, run deep'!

Meanwhile, some membership organizations have only one simplistic argument: "IF LONE WOLVES ARE SO SUCCESSFUL, WHY AREN'T THEY KILLING THE ENEMY?" Obviously, the Lone Wolf takes out no newspaper ad about his or her activities.

Dees and many Right Wing leaders are actually fellow travelers! Mis-leaders on the right need money, and horror stories in the press create more dues-paying recruits for them. Dees needs more right wing membership 'uniform and flag' rallies, with their potential to foment unwise action, so that he can bring forward Civil and Criminal show trials, and reap millions from the scam fund-raising which follows.

Have you noticed how Dees leaves some very well known membership leaders and their websites alone? Inquiring minds want to know why.

Recently David Duke claimed he invested $25,000 setting up a hotel cluster-fuck (which caused cops to go on high alert). People spent tons of money to get there, including expensive airfares. After they arrived they were shaken down for more! What did they learn that they didn't already know? Of course, they had the privilege of hearing Dr. Duke and kissing his ring. I guess that made it all worthwhile.

Lone Wolf and Cell operations save a lot of money and heartache, avoid troublesome lawsuits, and deprive pricks like Morris Dees their audience.

Response to the Louisiana journalist who claims the Klan has shrunk to nothing:

I agree that the Klan should quit recruiting members. For several years Klansmen have seen the light and are quietly slipping out of sight into Lone Wolf and Cell operations.

The Hollywood Klan is disappearing. Fewer Klansmen are furnishing Morris Dees with millions in scam fund-raising. Fewer are allowing childish leadership to march them around City Hall in KKK or brownshirt regalia. The Hollywood days are long gone for all but the foolish. I cannot do anything about them, so let the Feds follow them and set them up, and then let Dees bring his dog and pony show to town and sue them. Let Dees strengthen our ranks!
Those with common sense will move into the shadows where operating is much simpler: No meetings, No uniforms, No ceremonies, No civil trials, Few arrests, and Far Fewer convictions or judgements.

Lone Wolf and Cell Structure

Membership organizations are fraught with leaks and agents. They are a technique whose time has long since passed, if they were ever more than JOG tools in the first place.

There is no way to know when a Lone Wolf is acting as a Lone Wolf. There is no way to know they are not. 'Lone Wolf' covers a lot of territory. The level depends upon the ability and position of the individual.

Most Lone Wolves are simply independent operators who participate from wherever they are. This may include simple things like literature distribution and other moderate activity not connected to membership groups. A second layer are those who remain unknown but develop certain forms of, usually, black or grey propaganda.

The third is deep cover. They may be involved in individual action or in clandestine intelligence as JOG employees: police, federal agents, media people, military, teachers, students and in other sensitive positions of value to the struggle.

At this time, action Lone Wolves are keeping a low profile because the deteriorating system is taking care of itself, so to speak. They need do no more than encourage the WORSE IS BETTER attitude while training for the time when action will be useful, and not counterproductive. Action Lone Wolves do not waste themselves on low level violence which could not only blow their cover but would possibly even prove detrimental. This does not disallow self-defense for the Lone Wolf or Cell.

The Lone Wolf does not entangle himself in situations which could possibly expose his thinking. Coming to the aid of white women who run with non-whites is verboten! In fact, the Lone Wolf endangers his long range mission by involvement in any street level racial situations. i.e. Rushing to the aid of any Whites being attacked by non-Whites. Also, the deep cover Lone Wolf NEVER uses racial slurs on the street.

Many men are in prison for being 'knights in shining armor' because the people they defended gave testimony against them in open court. Most Whites must be educated by non-White brutality if they are to become useful to the cause.

Another aspect is the Cell structure. The Cell is made up of no more than three people who know and trust each other after years of close association. A Cell in one area may link loosely with a Cell in another area, but only through one contact member. Beyond that, Cells should not connect with other Cells. Camaraderie must be left for other venues.

There are those like myself who have been out in the open for years with no real possibility of becoming deep cover Lone Wolves. Our job is primarily one of creating white propaganda, of being public information sources and for communicating to those in deep cover; through radio shows, media interviews (grey propaganda), publications; national and international networking etc.

When these principles are applied properly they become our most effective tactics based upon present conditions. These tactics are used successfully around the world by indigenous, racial, religious and political movements. Their veracity is proven. Newly released Russian information proves that Joe McCarthy was right. Using Cells and Lone Wolves, the Communists penetrated every level of government and society at large.

Will there be a day when we can evolve to the open street level: strong parties, regular armies, rigid structures? I don't know because I live for now. I cannot dictate the future. I as an individual can dictate perfectly my actions or inaction. I can be a simple propagandist today or turn on a dime wreaking havoc on the enemy tomorrow. The power of the individual is great. The most successful action is perpetrated by those who always REMEMBER, AND USE, THE 5 WORDS.

Rahm Emanuel: Attack Dog, Policy Wonk, Committed KikeJew

WASHINGTON -- Since his days as a fund-raiser and then a "political adviser" -- read: enforcer -- for President Clinton, Emanuel has earned notoriety as a no-holds-barred politico. Accept the good with the bad because it's of a piece, said Steve Rabinowitz, who worked with Emanuel in the Clinton White House.

"He can be a 'mamzer,' but he's our mamzer," said Rabinowitz, using the Yiddish term for "bastard," speaking both as a Democrat and a Jew. The apocrypha is legendary, if somewhat hard to pin down: Jabbing a knife into a table screaming "Dead!" as colleagues shout out the names of political enemies, sending a dead fish to a rival, screaming at friends and enemies alike for no good reason.

"He's not running for Miss Congeniality, ever," said U.S. Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-Ill.), who has known Emanuel since they worked at Illinois Public Action, a public interest group, in the early 1980s. "He is relentless, he doesn't give up, but in a strategic way. He's good at figuring out other people's self interest and negotiating in a way that comes out in his favor."

Emanuel, an Illinois congressman who boasts strong ties to his local Jewish community and the Jewish state, also can be seen as embodying Obama's stated commitment to Israeli security and diplomacy: During the first Iraq war, Emanuel flew to Israel as a volunteer to help maintain military vehicles.

Obama chose Emanuel to escort him to a closed-door meeting with leaders of the pro-Israel lobby AIPAC in June, a day after the final Democratic primaries.

The Arab and pro-Arab media have made much of the fact that Emanuel's father is Israeli, and former Irgun terrorist Benjamin Emanuel didn't improve matters in an interview with Ma'ariv. "Obviously," the senior Emanuel told the Israeli daily, "he'll influence the president to be pro-Israel. Why wouldn't he? What is he, an Arab? He's not going to be mopping floors at the White House."

The significance of Emanuel's Jewishness is more how unremarkable it is that an unapologetic Jew should rise so far, said Abraham Foxman, the national director of the Anti-Defamation League. "He has never hesitated to wear it proudly on his sleeve," Foxman said.

During Emanuel's freshman run for Congress in 2002, a backer of his Democratic primary opponent in the largely Polish district noted his service in Israel during the first Iraq war. Emanuel shrugged off the accusation as true -- and won by a wide margin.

His brother, Hollywood super agent and liberal activist Ari Emanuel, also has been unapologetic about his support for Jewish causes. He sparked headlines when he called on people in the movie industry to blackball Mel Gibson over "The Passion of the Christ."

Both brothers have inspired a television character: Rahm is said to be the model for Josh Lyman on "The West Wing," and Ari more famously is immortalized as the agent/predator Ari Gold on the HBO series "Entourage."

The connection stretches back through ancestors of his white mother, according to the newspaper. It is, as the Sun headline states, "a new twist to an intriguing family history."

The Sun bases much of its reporting on work done by William Addams Reitwiesner, "who works at the Library of Congress and practices genealogy in his spare time." Reitwiesner, in turn, has posted his findings here at his website.

Bill Burton, a spokesman for the Democratic senator's presidential campaign, said Obama's ancestors "are representative of America," the Sun writes. "While a relative owned slaves, another fought for the Union in the Civil War," Burton added. "And it is a true measure of progress that the descendant of a slave owner would come to marry a student from Kenya and produce a son who would grow up to be a candidate for president of the United States."

Clary's words were echoed last week by other experts who track hate groups. They say the landscape is fertile for the recruitment of targets such as Lynch -- a divorced 43-year-old who drifted in and out of legal trouble.

The Southern Poverty Law Center names six organizations in Oklahoma -- five chapters of the Pennsylvania-based Brotherhood of Klans Knights of the KKK and a group associated with the Louisiana-based Bayou Knights of the KKK. Clary's intelligence suggests "many, many more splinter groups."

Clary rose through the ranks of White Knights to the status of imperial wizard. Publicity about his title brought about the demise of his professional wrestling career, so he quit the Klan in 1989.

With nowhere to turn, Clary reached for his gun, then thought better of it (considering profits), and reached for a Bible. He attended a multi-racial church in Tulsa and soon started making money again.

Election spurs 'hundreds' of race threats!

Denene Millner said a boy on the school bus told her 9-year-old daughter the day after the election: "I hope Obama gets assassinated." That night, someone trashed her sister-in-law's front lawn, mangled the Obama lawn signs, and left two pizza boxes filled with human feces outside the front door, negro Millner said.

Grant Griffin, a 46-year-old white Georgia native, expressed similar sentiments: "I believe our nation is ruined and has been for several decades and the election of Obama is merely the culmination of the change. "If you had real change it would involve all the members of (Obama's) church being deported," he said.

* At Standish, Maine, a sign inside the Oak Hill General Store read: "Osama Obama Shotgun Pool." Customers could sign up to bet $1 on a date when Obama would be killed. "Stabbing, shooting, roadside bombs, they all count," the sign said. At the bottom of the marker board was written "Let's hope someone wins."

* Racist graffiti was found in places including New York's Long Island, where two dozen cars were spray-painted; Kilgore, Texas, where the local high school and skate park were defaced; and the Los Angeles area, where swastikas, racial slurs and "Go Back To Africa" were spray painted on sidewalks, houses and cars.

* University of Alabama professor Marsha L. Houston said a poster of the Obama family was ripped off her office door. A replacement poster was defaced with a death threat and a racial slur. "It seems the election brought the racist rats out of the woodwork," Houston said.

* Black figures were hanged by nooses from trees on Mount Desert Island, Maine, the Bangor Daily News reported. The president of Baylor University in Waco, Texas said a rope found hanging from a campus tree was apparently an abandoned swing and not a noose.

* Crosses were burned in yards of Obama supporters in Hardwick, N.J., and Apolacan Township, Pa.

* A black teenager in New York City said he was attacked with a bat on election night by four white men who shouted 'Obama.'

* In the Pittsburgh suburb of Forest Hills, a black man said he found a note with a racial slur on his car windshield, saying "now that you voted for Obama, just watch out for your house."

Racists React to Obama Victory

1. Yesterday, Tommy Christopher detailed the story of a bus load of Idaho second- and third-grade students chanting "Assassinate Obama! Assassinate Obama!"

2. In a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a high school teacher's aide berated a bi-racial 16-year-old Obama supporter, with the following predictions:

"...[the aide] said that Obama was going to be shot and killed," Mara Gilligan told KDKA News. "And that our flag is going to be the KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) flag and that the new national anthem will be 'Moving On Up' -- and that all my daughter's beliefs were wrong and her children's lives were going to be ruined because Obama was elected."

3. The Associated Press reports several cars in Long Island, New York, vandalized with anti-Obama messages, including promises to kill the president-elect.

4. At North Carolina State University, four students face expulsion for spay painting the phrases, "Let's shoot that (N-word) in the head" and "Hang Obama by a noose."

5. In Texas, Baylor University students awoke the morning after Obama's victory to find a noose hanging from a tree in front of Morrison Hall.

6. In Maine, several black figures were found hanging from nooses on Mount Desert Island the day after Obama won.

7. California vandals went on a spray painting binge in Torrance, targeting cars with Obama bumper stickers. On one house the words "Go Back to Africa" were inscribed.

8. Two men in the ironically named Friendsville, Pennsylvania were arrested for "racial intimidation and trespassing."

After Obama's win, white backlash festers in US

In rural Georgia, a group of high-schoolers gets a visit from the Secret Service after posting "inappropriate" comments about President-elect Barack Obama on the Web. In Raleigh, N.C., four college students admit to spraying race-tinged graffiti in a pedestrian tunnel after the election. On Nov. 6, a cross burns on the lawn of a biracial couple in Apolacon Township, Pa.

"Most of this movement is not violent, but there is a substantive underbelly that is violent and does try to make a bridge to people who feel disenfranchised," says Brian Levin of the Center for the Study of Hate and Extremism at California State University, San Bernardino.

"The question is: Will this swirl become a tornado or just an ill wind? We're not there yet, but there's dust on the horizon, a swirling of wind, and the atmospherics are getting put together for conflict. The vitriol is flailing out shotgun-style. They recognize Obama as a tipping point, the perfect storm in the narrative of the hate world -- the apocalypse that they've been moaning about has come true."

"Anytime you start seeing extremist propaganda floating around, you have to be concerned," adds Lt. Gary Thornberry of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a member of the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force. "As far as it being an alarmist situation, I don't see that yet. From a law enforcement point of view, you have to be careful, because it's not illegal to have an ideology."

"To a lot of people, the idea of secession doesn't seem so crazy anymore," says League of the South's Michael Tuggle. "People are talking about how left out they feel, ... and they feel that something strange and radical has taken over our country."

Reporting crimes against our race is all well and good, but it doesn't spur the (m)asses to act -- and we are powerless to stop these things. It's great to know what's happening in the world, but the secret is: "What can I as an individual do?" to stop or curtail it. Too much of our thinking is about things we cannot control.

We have been doing this for 50 years and have not made a dent! It is proven that simply informing people is a waste of time. In fact, much of what is drawn from the press makes our meager forces despondent, thereby serving the beast. I don't think of myself as a masochist, but it's certainly possible to sink there.

'WORSE IS BETTER' is only good if there is light at the end of the tunnel. We should scour the news from coast to coast to report incidents of resistance, no matter how unpopular they may be to the public. We must encourage our people by showing that there IS a resistance movement. Individual acts in many cases are not even seen as such by their perpetrators, but still feed the totality of evolutionary racist thought. Blacks seem to understand this line of reasoning: "Whatever hurts the 'MAN' is good for us!"

Right Wing racists tend to attack any individual act which they feel will hamper their recruitment from the (M)ASSES. They say: "OH! WE WOULD NEVER DO THAT!" Criminal and other potent action is smeared by the Right instead of being publicly applauded. Cheering behind closed doors or at incestuous 'rallies' serves no purpose.

Do Blacks condemn violent acts by Blacks? For the most part, NO! Usually they are praised and they are supported as heroes, even in the prisons.

What do Right Wing racist groups do? They officially castigate White outlaws as pariahs. POWs are not financially supported in prison, nor are their families supported, other than by individual White Racists.

Blacks realize this is a WAR of blood. Too many Whites see it as a war to mend an anti-White system -- a completely useless 'band-aid' approach! Blacks see it as a WAR against the deteriorating White state. Right Wing racists see it as politics rather than Race War. I'll bet a majority of Right Wing racists voted Republican even though that party spits in their faces every day.

If we are to use politics in any way it should be as White men and women registering 'Independent' and running as RACIST WHITE PEOPLE -- no matter what is thrown at us!

Race is our religion -- ala Ben Klassen. Religions have martyrs. I'm not saying that you must set yourself on fire in front of city hall, but those of you who are not deep cover should be known to all in your locale as openly Racist and Proud of it! As we move in that direction you will see more and more White people moving into your orbit. Others will think you're crazy and stay away from you.

At least once a week here in Indiana someone comes up to me and whispers: "I am with you, how can I help?" or hands me their phone number and says: "Call, I am ready!"

You must be KNOWN as a Proud White Racist for such things to occur. IT IS UP TO YOU.

Just doing some research again into mother's family history over 2,500 years. I am filling my Windows Space Page up with all the info I have massed. This is one of the groups mother's ancestors were involved in and named after Mother's surname "White". Living proof that Republicans, as I have been saying, are our immortal enemy and the Democrats were once of us and our side although now does not matter I know but this is some interesting history and perhaps would like to do radios shows for family history or just mention it to your listeners will be grateful and perhaps they will grow some fucking balls like my mother's ancestors did as well during the real Klan not this Simmons-Jew bullshit. I have been trying to wake people up but maybe if you speak they will listen because I am not a prominent name such as you.

Anyways, I am digging and digging as I said mother's clan predates Jesus I know of from tidbits around 500 B.C to Island of Theresia or (Santorini) of the coast of Greece also home to mother's ancestors and tribe the very first of Europe "Minoa", off the Islands of Crete. Anyways, keep up the struggle in your ways as I do my own!

... Speculation over back door in Skype

According to reports, there may be a back door built into Skype, which allows connections to be bugged. The company has declined to expressly deny the allegations. At a meeting with representatives of ISPs and the Austrian regulator on lawful interception of IP based services held on 25th June, high-ranking officials at the Austrian interior ministry revealed that it is not a problem for them to listen in on Skype conversations.

This has been confirmed to heise online by a number of the parties present at the meeting. Skype declined to give a detailed response to specific enquiries from heise online as to whether Skype contains a back door and whether specific clients allowing access to a system or a specific key for decrypting data streams exist. The response from the eBay subsidiary's press spokesman was brief, "Skype does not comment on media speculation. Skype has no further comment at this time." There have been rumours of the existence of a special listening device which Skype is reported to offer for sale to interested states.

Last week, Austrian broadcaster ORF, citing minutes from the meeting, reported that the Austrian police are able to listen in on Skype connections. Interior ministry spokesman Rudolf Gollia declined to provide heise online with a comment on the matter.

Police Arrest Illegal Alien In Bus Shooting

Police say Hector Mauricio Hernandez, of Takoma Park, was charged with first-degree murder, after he shot a handgun into a crowded bus on Friday, Nov. 7 while exiting, striking and killing Tai Lam, 14, and injuring two other teenagers.

Montgomery County Police Chief Thomas Manger said Hernandez is an illegal alien and a member of Mara Salvatrucha, or MS-13, an international gang from Central America that has a very strong presence in the D.C. region.

According to police, Hernandez was previously arrested on Oct. 3 and charged with carrying a concealed weapon, a switch blade knife. "He was taken before the commissioner's office, and the commissioner released him on personal recognizance," Manger said. According to Manger, there was no detainer put on Hernandez while he was in custody.

Top Israeli Official: We Won't Let Iran Get Nukes, Period

Israeli mob boss killed in car bombing

TEL AVIV, Israel - A car carrying one of Israel's top mafia kingpins exploded as it traveled in central Tel Aviv on Monday, killing him and threatening to unleash an all-out war in Israel's increasingly violent underworld. UK Triage: White Cancer Patient Loses Longer Life

Nov. 17 -- Jack Rosser's doctor says taking Pfizer Inc.'s Sutent cancer drug may keep him alive long enough to see his 1-year-old daughter, Emma, enter primary school. The U.K.'s National Health Service says that's not worth the expense.

Rosser, 57, was told the cost of Sutent, 3,140 pounds ($4,650) per treatment for his advanced kidney cancer, was too high for the NHS -- the government agency that funds the nation's health care. The resident of the town of Kingswood, in southwest England, has appealed the decision twice, and next month may find out if his second plea is successful.

The NHS, which provides health care to all Britons and is funded by tax revenue, is spending about 100 billion pounds this fiscal year, or more than double what it spent a decade ago, as the cost of treatments increase and the population ages. The higher costs are forcing the NHS to choose between buying expensive drugs for terminal patients and providing more services for a wider number of people.

Sweden won't extradite neo-Nazi suspect

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Nov. 16 -- A Danish resident of Sweden cannot be extradited to Germany to face charges he distributed neo-Nazi "white power" music, an official says.

FBI agents injured by faulty "flash-bang" grenades

FBI agent Donald Bain was sitting in his car in a parking lot with two other agents. He was armed and wore a Kevlar vest. He was also carrying a "flash-bang" grenade, a nonlethal weapon that emits a bright flash and deafening bang that's used to shock and disorient criminal suspects or the enemy in combat situations.

The three agents -- Bain, Thomas Scanzano and James Milligan -- were waiting for developments on a kidnapping that had turned into a hostage stakeout. That's when, Bain says, the flash-bang grenade in his vest just blew up.

However, subsequent communications indicate that the group not only wanted to keep the effort secret from the media, the public, and Wikipedia administrators, but that the material they intended to introduce included discredited claims that could smear Palestinians and Muslims and conceal Israel's true history.

In the past, CAMERA has gained notoriety for its tactic of accusing virtually anyone who does not toe a right-wing pro-Israel line of bias. The group has even accused editors and reporters of the Israeli daily Haaretz of being "extreme" and participating in "radical anti-Israel activity." Hey Tom, I was wondering what your thoughts are on Obongo's proposed 'pseudo-draft'? I call it that because that's what it sounds like to me. I think it's a piss poor idea to try and make young people carry out mandatory community service and things of that nature, unless they have committed a crime. I can't see how a depraved deteriorated society would ever submit to another draft. Can you imagine trying to make the young people of this country yield to a program like the one Obastard wants to impose?

Australia will now join China in blocking free access to the internet. Responding to decades of pressure from the Anti-Defamation League, the Australian government has announced it will ban all 'illegal internet content' produced in or entering Australia. Official English wins by a landslide in Missouri

ARLINGTON, VA -- "Voters spoke decisively Tuesday on a ballot measure in Missouri to enact English as the official language of their state government," says K.C. McAlpin, executive director of ProEnglish.

"Our organization urged Missourians to vote 'yes' on constitutional amendment No. 1 to enshrine English as the official language in the state constitution," McAlpin said. "Unfortunately the United States is one of the few countries in the world without an official language. So having official English in a state constitution is important to protect it from being thrown out by activist judges who want to substitute their own rule for that of the people," he added.

The implosion of credit markets last month will cause the economy to shrink at a 3 percent annual rate in the fourth quarter and decline at a 1.5 percent pace in the first three months of 2009, according to the median estimate of 59 economists surveyed Nov. 3 to Nov. 11. Following last quarter's 0.3 percent drop, the slump would be the longest since 1974-75.

Falling demand will cause an even bigger increase in unemployment than projected last month. Economists surveyed forecast the jobless rate will rise to 7 percent in the first quarter of 2009, up from last month's forecast of 6.6 percent. The rate will climb to 7.7 percent by the end of 2009, the highest level since 1992, the survey showed.

U.S. automakers have been among the hardest hit by the slump in spending. Vehicle sales plunged in October for a 12th straight month, the longest streak in 17 years, overwhelming efforts by General Motors Corp., Ford Motor Co. and Chrysler LLC to cut costs by trimming payrolls and shutting factories.

GM Collapse at $200 Billion Would Exceed Bailout Tab

A GM collapse would mean "more aid to specific states like Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana, and more money into unemployment and extended benefits," Nariman Behravesh, chief economist at IHS Global Insight Inc. in Lexington, Massachusetts, said yesterday in an interview.

GM said Nov. 7 it may not have enough operating cash by year's end, and would be "significantly short" of its needs by June unless it adds capital or the U.S. auto market recovers from its worst sales year since 1991. Poverty, Pension Fears Drive Japan's Elderly Citizens to Crime

More senior citizens are picking pockets and shoplifting in Japan to cope with cuts in government welfare spending and rising health-care costs in a fast-aging society.
