From the moment you walk through the metal doors of what was once San Quentin's gymnasium, all you can see are men and bunk beds. Packed together from front wall to back, more than 360 inmates live here because there's no room anywhere else.
"It can get ugly. It can go at any moment, just at the drop of a hat," [correctional officer Michael McClain] says, watching the floor.
Most of these men spend 24 hours a day, seven days a week in the gym. With no personal space or safety zone if a fight breaks out, it's a giant game of survivor.
"If me [black] and him [white] have a disagreement, it would go to hell," Moore says. "To alleviate all that, we keep the racial segregation."
"That's true," Ruffino acknowledges. "That's sad, but true."
"The pair also agree that right now the problem really isn't between their black and white groups, it's between Latinos from Northern and Southern California.
If a prison wide war erupts between [those] two groups, as they suspect it might, everyone in the gym will have to choose sides, they explain. "Quarters are too close not to get involved."
The number of people under supervision in the nation's criminal justice system rose to 7.2 million in 2006, the highest ever, costing states tens of billions of dollars to house and monitor offenders as they go in and out of jails and prisons.
According to a recently released report released by the Bureau of Justice Statistics, more than 2 million offenders were either in jail or prison in 2006, the most recent year studied in an annual survey. Another 4.2 million were on probation, and nearly 800,000 were on parole.
The cost to taxpayers, about $45 billion, is causing states such as California to reconsider harsh criminal penalties. In an attempt to relieve overcrowding, California is now exporting some of its 170,000 inmates to privately run corrections facilities as far away as Tennessee.
The bureau's report comes on the heels of a Pew Center on the States report showing 1 percent of U.S. adults behind bars, a historic high. The United States has the largest number of people behind bars in the world, according to the Pew report.
Black men, about one in 15, were most affected, and Hispanics, one in 35, were well represented among offenders. The number of women in prison "rose faster in 2006 than over the previous five years," mostly in Hawaii, North Dakota, Wyoming and Oklahoma, the Bureau of Justice Statistics report said.
"It's really like a runaway train," said Ryan King, policy analyst for the liberal Sentencing Project. "Nobody's taking a step back and asking where all these billions of dollars are going." With so much overcrowding, King said, states "need billions of dollars to build enough beds to catch up to where they need to be."
State contracts with private prisons to house offenders grew by 6 percent, or about 6,000 inmates, the report said. Nearly 114,000 state and federal prisoners were in private institutions in 2006.

S. African Chinese 'become black'
The High Court in South Africa has ruled that Chinese South Africans are to be reclassified as black people. It made the order so that ethnic Chinese can benefit from government policies aimed at ending white domination in the private sector.
The Chinese Association of South Africa took the government to court, saying its members had been discriminated against. An estimated 200,000 ethnic Chinese live in South Africa. The association said their members often failed to qualify for business contracts and job promotions because they were regarded as whites.
The laws give people classed as blacks, Indians and coloureds (mixed-race) employment and other economic benefits over other racial groups.
The Black Economic Employment concept was initiated by the governing ANC to help previously disadvantaged individuals - to start their own businesses or become part of existing companies - thus redressing the country's historic inequalities.
Peru's 'copper mountain' in Chinese hands
At 15,000 feet (4,600m), Mount Toromocho, 86 miles (138km) from Lima, is comparable to any mountain in Europe. It gets its name from its shape - The Bull With No Horns. And it is composed almost entirely of copper ore: two billion tonnes of it. It could become the most productive copper mine anywhere on earth. Now it belongs, in effect, to China. When open-cast mining begins, in three or four years, a Chinese mining company, Chinalco, will send the copper back home to be turned into electrical wire. The plan is to use it to carry out the electrification of the whole of China.
The Peruvian government is happy with the $3bn (£1.53bn) that Chinalco will invest in the Toromocho mines. The Chinese will be even happier. They have got themselves a bargain. The copper Chinalco extracts from Toromocho will cost something like US$410 (£210) per ton. Today, the price for copper on the London Metal Exchange was $8,255 (£4,220) - 20 times more. Chinalco stands to make a 2,000% profit on its investment. There is only one problem. In order to dig out the copper ore, the company will have to shift the inhabitants of an entire town, and move them across the valley. Morococha is a poor and depressing place. Many of the inhabitants lead the most basic of lives. But that makes them all the more willing to accept the compensation which Chinalco is offering. Two thousand dollars plus the promise of a small house or apartment is a powerful inducement if you live in a shanty with an open fire.
Of course they would like to get more for their raw materials. There is often an instinctive dislike of China's bargaining methods, and the high-handed way many Chinese companies operate abroad. But there is no serious alternative. China is buying up raw materials all around the world, paying for its shopping spree with its vast reserves of foreign currency. Often, as with Toromocho, the Chinese are successful because they can put the cash on the table. Three billion dollars is a very large amount of money for a relatively poor country like Peru.

The Shrinking Influence of the US Federal Reserve
The textbook conclusion is that this [ FED tight money policy] will stabilize the value of money, because no one will dare demand higher wages or higher prices. But the macroeconomics textbooks are no longer worth much in the age of globalization. Modern inflation is driven by the global scarcity of resources. Nowadays purchasing power exceeds purchasing opportunity. Most of all, there is not enough oil, and too few raw materials and food products. These increasingly scarce resources are becoming the focus of disputes among many people and billions of dollars are at stake.
If the inflation introduced in the United States is excluded, a small miracle is revealed, namely something approaching price stability. Adjusted for inflation, prices are in fact rising by only 2.3 percent. If this were the extent of it, the Fed chief could simply blink like an old watchdog and go back to sleep. Instead, he is barking loudly, which is his job. But he has lost his bite, because the Fed's interest rate policy can do nothing about the scarcity of goods.
Officials with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) have informed Bernanke about a plan that would have been unheard-of in the past: a general examination of the US financial system. The IMF's board of directors has ruled that a so-called Financial Sector Assessment Program (FSAP) is to be carried out in the United States. It is nothing less than an X-ray of the entire US financial system.
Under its bylaws, the IMF is charged with the supervision of the international monetary system. Roughly two-thirds of IMF members -- but never the United States -- have already endured this painful procedure.
For seven years, US President George W. Bush refused to allow the IMF to conduct its assessment. Even now, he has only given the IMF board his consent under one important condition. The review can begin in Bush's last year in office, but it may not be completed until he has left the White House. This is bad news for the Fed chairman.
When the final report on the risks of the US financial system is released in 2010 -- and it is likely to cause a stir internationally -- only one of the people in positions of responsiblity today will still be in office: Ben Bernanke.

A few hundred people gathered at the Bucktown [LA] home of an African-American family Friday to welcome them into the neighborhood following an incident where the letters 'KKK' were burned into their front lawn.
The initial incident happened a couple of months ago, shortly after Travis and Kiyanna Smith had moved in to the home near the lakefront. The gathering on the Fourth of July moved the Smiths who said they now feel more comfortable.
"It's overwhelming," said Travis Smith. "I mean, you know, people coming out to support and believe and stand with us -- it's unbelievable."
The people who came to the Smiths' home Friday shook hands, sang and prayed for more racial tolerance. "The ugly symbols burned into the lawn at this address are an offense, to not only the father and mother and small children who live here, but everyone in Jefferson Parish and beyond are saddened when they see this," said Rabbi Bob Loewy, one of the organizers. The group also put in new sod over the lawn that had been vandalized.

Asians Smarter?
A couple of things here. The first: Is the latest edition of the paper available? [Yes.]
The second is like the question of the week: What do you think about these reports stating that Asians as a whole have a slightly higher IQ than whites?
But here is something I find interesting, most of these so called reports also state that Jewish Americans have the highest IQ, if I'm not mistaken. As far as I know most Jew's are white.
My point is that I rarely see any signs of their supposedly high IQ whenever I work with these chinks and gooks, dot-heads, whatever. In fact most of these maggots lack basic common sense. What really pisses me off and this is another question: How do they get all this money to buy up businesses and set up their own colonies, literally forcing whites out?

Noam Chomsky: An Intellectual Fraudster?
I've often wondered why Noam Chomsky, the darling of the peaceniks and others on the left, took issue with the Walt-Mearsheimer paper, The Israel Lobby, a few years ago. Did he actually believe what he said? Or did the professor have an ethnic blind spot as suggested by Professor James Petras? What if Chomsky purposefully mislead us and committed the sin of all sins, perpetuated an intellectual fraud?
The Walt Measheimer paper (W-M) claimed that the Lobby caused American foreign policy to be biased in favor of Israel to the detriment of America's real interests in the Middle East. Imagine that. They further contended that it was these advocates for Israel that pushed America into war with Iraq. Chomsky responded with a critique of W-M suggesting that corporate influence (the oil industry and military industrial complex in particular) drove US foreign policy far more than the the Lobby, which he believed had no more influence than any other major lobby in Washington. To many of us on the left, this just seemed silly. In responding to Chomsky, Petras laid out the Lobby's trail of influence doo-doo in a convincing fashion. I will not rehash it all here.
In 2001, and in response to a suggestion by Shimon Peres that refusing an American request for a cease-fire with the Palestinians would endanger Israeli interests and "turn the US against us," a furious Sharon reportedly turned toward Peres, saying this. "Every time we do something you tell me Americans will do this and will do that. I want to tell you something very clear, don't worry about American pressure on Israel, we, the Jewish people control America, and the Americans know it."
Employers Fight Tough Measures on Immigration
Businesses are proposing alternatives to laws with harsh punishments for hiring illegal immigrants, reopening a rift in the Republican Party.
Under pressure from the toughest crackdown on illegal immigration in two decades, employers across the country are fighting back in state legislatures, the federal courts and city halls.
Business groups have resisted measures that would revoke the licenses of employers of illegal immigrants. They are proposing alternatives that would revise federal rules for verifying the identity documents of new hires and would expand programs to bring in legal immigrant laborers.
Though the pushback is coming from both Democrats and Republicans, in many places it is reopening the rift over immigration that troubled the Republican Party last year. Businesses, generally Republican stalwarts, are standing up to others within the party who accuse them of undercutting border enforcement and jeopardizing U.S. jobs by hiring illegal immigrants as cheap labor.

Canadian ISPs Plan Net Censorship

A net-neutrality activist group has uncovered plans for the demise of the free Internet by 2010 in Canada. By 2012, the group says, the trend will be global.
Bell Canada and TELUS, Canada's two largest Internet service providers (ISPs), will begin charging per-site fees on most Internet sites, reports anonymous sources within TELUS.
"It's beyond censorship, it is killing the biggest ecosystem of free expression and freedom of speech that has ever existed," I Power spokesperson Reese Leysen said. I Power was the first group to report on the possible changes.
Bell Canada has not returned calls or emails.
Shocking Revelation: POWs Still In Laos!!

Over the years, historians, researchers and independent journalists have made a compelling case that, during the Cold War, thousands of U.S. POWs were moved among Soviet, Chinese and North Korean labor camps, where they toiled and died under the worst conditions.
Families of POWs and MIAs say the U.S. government has turned a blind eye to the plight of these men, even going so far as to sabotage their efforts at finding out what exactly happened to their loved ones. But Joe Milliner's incredible story of his son, told at the June 20 meeting of the National Alliance of POW/MIA Families in Crystal City, Va., could change all of that. Documentation compiled by Milliner could finally force the country to come to terms with the fact that thousands of Americans were abandoned by the U.S.
There is confusion over what happened to Milliner's son, U.S. Army Warrant Officer William P. Milliner, when the helicopter he was co-piloting disappeared on March 6, 1971. What is known is that William, who was 20 years old at the time, was the co-pilot on an AH1G Cobra helicopter gunship. He was returning from a combat support mission over Laos when he disappeared in cloudy weather.
The military reportedly dispatched a search-and-rescue team to locate William and the pilot of the helicopter, John F. Hummel. Tragically, the two were never located, and the Army eventually gave up looking for them. Over the years, the Milliner family has never given up hope that their son would be found. As with many families of missing soldiers, the U.S. military has been unhelpful, some would even say willfully obstructing honest inquiries into what happened to lost loved ones.
However, recent events have renewed the Milliner's faith that William is alive and is being held in Southeast Asia against his will, possibly as a slave laborer. The first occasion came as a result of a classified document, which was given to Milliner by a source inside the Pentagon who is sympathetic to MIA-POW families.
The official document was dated Oct. 4, 1989, and reports of a Thai businessman who said U.S. citizens, including a "William P. Milliner," are being held in a dangerous "no-man's land" controlled by thugs and warlords in a mountainous region in Laos.

Reese notes that it is the US that routinely commits "acts of aggression around the globe." The US government has no qualms about dropping bombs on civilians whether they be in Serbia, the Middle East, or Africa. It is all in a good cause -- our cause.
This slaughtering of foreigners doesn't seem to bother the American public. Americans take it for granted that Americans are superior and that American purposes, whatever they be, take precedence over the rights of other people to life and to a political existence independent of American hegemony.

Bandit Racing: How to get ahead ... without really paying.
TT: Almost all of the sanctioned races I have run in to date have been as a "bandit."
For those unfamiliar with the term, racing as a "bandit" is when you show up at the races without officially entering them, and without paying the entry fees. None of the money that goes into these races finds its way into pro-white causes, so I find it absolutely senseless to waste money on something that could go to Tom Metzger, or an organization concerned with preventing the genocide of the white race.
In fact, I always make it a point to donate whatever money I would have paid to officially enter a race to one of the high-achievement white leaders. The only disadvantage of this method is that you won't get your name listed in the official results, and will be ineligible for any trophies or awards. But, if you are lucky, some races will actually list your official time in the results, and just put down "bandit" for your name.
Until us whites start organizing races where the proceeds will go towards stopping Jewish supremacism, I would encourage as many people as possible to race as a bandit. -- Oscar Yeager

Hungary: Protesters Attack Gay Marchers
Gay extremists unwelcome, unwanted in Hungary. "Dignity march" foiled.
Dozens of protesters clashed with police escorting a march by gays and lesbians through the center of Budapest on Saturday, and two officers were injured and at least 45 demonstrators detained, police said.
The protesters pelted the marchers with eggs, bottles and rocks, and threw cobblestones and Molotov cocktails at police, setting fire to a police van.
Police used water cannon and tear gas to disperse the protesters at several points along Andrassy Road, a boulevard in downtown Budapest.
At least 45 protesters were detained and two police officers injured, police spokeswoman Eva Tafferner said.

Pedestrians stopped amid posters declaring anti-racist and queer-positive messages to ask questions and to share stories about similar confrontations. One remarked that he was on his way to quit a job in which he felt that the anti-gay sentiment of supervisors was keeping him from advancement.
Around 4 pm Saturday, Haywood says four people whom he describes as "Nazi skinheads" arrived at Grandview Park during the East Side Pride festival. Haywood alleges that a man with visible tattoos of Nazi symbols "grabbed one of the Pride signs, dropped it on the ground and smashed on it" with his foot.
Haywood believes that homophobia was a motivating factor in Saturday's incident.

-- Rapture bunny leaders, who have been slow (like a cold day in hell) to warm to John McAmnesty, met privately this week to discuss coalescing around the Republicunt's presidential bid.
Mathew Savior, a conservative Judeo-Christian activist (rapture promoter), convened a meeting of about 90 Rapture Snake Oil or RSO leaders Tuesday at the bewitching stroke of twelve midnight in Denver. Many RSO leaders have been wary of McAmnesty's commitment to their causes and his previous criticisms of movement leaders, among other things, including McAmnesty's adopting only one non-White child, which isn't enough to the likings of RSO leaders and the ghosts of our heavenly Roy Rogers, Dale Evens and even Trigger.
"Our shared non-lubricated values compel us to unite and choose the presidential candidate that best advances those values," said Savior, who heads the Florida-based legal advocacy group Liberty Carousel and originally backed the candidacy of former Arkansas Gov. Mike Hucksterbee. "That obvious choice is Sen. John McAmnesty. I think people left the meeting in unity the likes of which have not been evident through the primaries."
Savior said the result will be more leaders "energizing their base like long life batteries" and targeted efforts in battleground states and states with anti-Israel initiatives this fall.
According to Staver, those in attendance included Phyllis Chapstik, head of the Eagle Brand Milk Forum; pastor and "Left Behind" co-author and RSO promoters Tim LaHaye and his ever faithful wife, Beverly, founder of Concerned Married Virgins for America; David Bardex, founder of Mideast WallBuilders; Rick Scartissue of Blindness America; and Don Hotel, a former interior decorator and former president of Colorado Springs based Focus on Latex Paint Color.
James Dobbshats, the founder of Focus on the Soon to be Raptured Family and a fan of neither McAmnesty nor Democratic candidate Baruch Grobama, did not attend. Dobbshat has been in California working on his two new books : "What Will You do When They Disappear?" and "Now You See 'Em, Now You Don't" aides have said.
Grobama has been courting "religious" voters. On Tuesday, he called for expanding "White" Crib efforts to steer social service dollars to selected 501C3 religious groups.

Asked whether it was opposition to Grobama or enthusiasm for McAmnesty that motivated the group, Savior said: The likes of "Grobama and his former limo "partner" Larry Sinclair are a considerable threat to our values. At the same time, Sen. McAmnesty recently has been trying to reach out to evangelicals and conservative voters that we represent with more promises of war in the Mideast for the security of Israel, and hopefully a third world war via the rapture and the second cumming."

Man rips head from Hitler wax figure
BERLIN (Reuters) - A man tore the head from a controversial waxwork figure of Adolf Hitler on the opening day of Berlin's Madame Tussauds museum on Saturday, police said.
Just minutes after the museum opened, the 41-year-old German man pushed aside two security men guarding the exhibit. "Then he went over to the figure and ripped off the head," a police spokesman said.
The man tore off the head in protest at the exhibit, the spokesman added. The police were alerted and arrested the man, who did not resist. He was being investigated for assault and damaging property.

Colleges caught stacking publicity photos with minorities
'Sometimes you see the same black kid in every picture'
A new report from the online magazine Inside Higher Ed reveals that a researcher has caught universities loading their publicity photographs with black students.
"Sometimes you see the same black kid in every picture," said George Dehne, who runs an admissions consulting firm and was quoted in the online report.
"We tell colleges that it's a mistake and they shouldn't do it, but we get overruled," he said.
The report said an Augsburg College sociologist worked with an undergraduate to review the viewbooks of hundreds of randomly selected four-year colleges and universities. Numbers and percentages on racially identifiable student photographs were collected, as well as the actual minority make-up of the student bodies.
"The findings: Black students make up an average of 7.9 percent of students at the colleges studied, but 12.4 percent of those in viewbooks. Asian students are also more likely to be found in viewbooks than on campus, making up 3.3 percent of real students on average and 5.1 percent of portrayed students," the report said.
"The researchers ... feel less confident about figures for Latino students," the report said. The findings were presented recently at a meeting of the Midwest Sociological Society.

Biofuels have forced global food prices up by 75% - far more than previously estimated - according to a confidential World Bank report obtained by the Guardian.
The damning unpublished assessment is based on the most detailed analysis of the crisis so far, carried out by an internationally-respected economist at global financial body.
The figure emphatically contradicts the US government's claims that plant-derived fuels contribute less than 3% to food-price rises. Man Injured in Attempt to Save Dog
A Centralia man was hospitalized with no feeling in his legs after he was assaulted when he tried to stop a man from beating and choking a puppy on Thursday morning, according to the Lewis County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies were told the man was at his workplace when he saw a man pulling a dog down the street; but he had a chain wrapped numerous times around the dog's neck and was beating it with the other end of the of the chain, detective Sgt. Stacy Brown said. The victim said he yelled at the man to stop hurting the puppy, but the man said it was his dog, and continued dragging it.
That's when the dog walker began swinging the chain from about 8 feet away ... [Then] the attacker left, but returned with a sling shot and began pelting the victim with rocks. The man reportedly picked up a "frisbee-sized" rock, threw it and struck the victim in the lower back. The victim told police he could not feel his legs and was taken by ambulance to Providence Centralia Hospital.
Victor Esparza-Hernandez, 44, of Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail on suspicion of second-degree assault.

One other suggestion (I know I am full of them) I suggest any wolf with a science or medical background to get into the National Health Institute in virus research (this is important as it may be necessary to save our folks or eliminate enemies). The NIH organization is shitty but leads to other areas and may even pay for education.
Another area would be the Civil Air Patrol, under the Air Force but I believe you are not an air force striper. I believe the CAP use Cessnas to deliver medical supplies and for other things. Sure, Whites won't pick lettuce and strawberries for $3.00/hr, but give 'em a fair working wage and some benefits, and they'll be happy to do it.
I used to date this Swedish gal from Colorado who wanted to go down to Home Depot and get a wetback to spread a yard of pea gravel in the backyard. I told her that I'd be her wetback and do it for free. I don't know how many trips with the wheel barrow it took, but I had to put my words into practice. And so does the rest of the country.
Economics is the key issue -- wherever there's greed you can bet the White man will sell out for a few bucks. I always say "go for the eye of the pyramid". There are millions of acres of offshore oil leases that are not being developed. So why do the big oil companies want to open up drilling in offshore waters they don't have access too? It's because they want access to as many offshore tracts as possible. Call it back-up for future riches.
Increasing oil prodution will not result in a surplus of gasoline for American consumers. When the crude oil is transferred to oil refineries and processed, the finished products suchas a kerosene, diesel and gasoline go straight to market. If the petroleum market is flooded with the products mentioned above, the oil companies will have to drop prices at the pump to move it. Why should they do that. They're making too much money literally controlling the flow of crude oil which controls the price at the pump.
We haven't had any old time gas wars in Texas for a couple of decades. And I know why. Several years back, big oil companies began merging with each other to form super oil companies. Aside from increasing profits for the energy oligarchs, it gave the oil giants more control over the price at the pump (fixed price market). The little guys were squeezed out and the small town gas wars went the way of the dinosaur.
Examples of super oil companies: Gulf Oil merged with Chevron in 1984 -- ConocoPhillips merged in 2002 -- ExxonMobil merged in 1999.

The Cabinet is meeting to vote on a proposal that some consider "totally political" and others say is necessary to rescue Israel's legal system.
At issue: Allegations that the State Prosecution and Israel Police illegally wiretapped phones during its investigation of Minister Chaim Ramon's unsolicited kiss of a soldier. A new Texas law requires every computer repair technician to obtain a private investigator's license, according to a lawsuit filed in Austin. Violators can face a $4,000 fine and one year in jail, as well as a $10,000 civil penalty.
Unlicensed computer shops will have to close down until they obtain a private investigator's license.
A private investigator's license can be obtained by acquiring a criminal justice degree or by getting a three-year apprenticeship under a licensed private investigator.
According to the Institute for Justice, an Austin-based non-profit law firm, the new law also impacts consumers. Consumers who knowingly take computers to an unlicensed company for repair can face the same penalties.

Here is a link that you need to see. I came across it today on the local news show. It is about a city councilman who made comments about immigration and now he is being attacked because of it. However, instead of apologizing, he is striking back and defending his statments. Something seldom done in this day and age.
I think it would be a good idea to have a link to this or the article posted on the update, or bring it up in the radio show.

Boot shoplifting at mall turns into armed robbery mestizo style

Two spic males threatened a Sears security guard with a switchblade Thursday after being confronted about stolen Dan Post Cowboy Boots, police said.
Juan Manuel Rodriguez and Ricardo Manuel Dominguez were taken into police custody between 5 and 5:30 p.m. in Chandler.
According to police reports, once inside the Sears store at Chandler Fashion Center both filthy beaners removed their old shitty Dan Post Cowboy Boots, put on new pairs of Dan Post Cowboy Boots and walked past all points of purchase without paying for them.
When they were confronted by a security guard in the parking lot both shitskin males pulled out switchblades and warned the employee to back off by stating: "You gringo motherfucker back off", police said.
Dominguez bumped into the employee and dropped the switchblade to the ground and was detained. Rodriguez fled on foot through the parking lot. Police contacted a nearby hotel where employees said they saw a mestizo matching Rodriguez's description but not wearing boots head up an elevator.
Police searched the hotel and found the 4'10" Rodriguez hiding behind a vending machine on the third floor.
Police arrested both beaners on suspicion of armed robbery with extra long and deadly switchblades. Rodriguez also was arrested on suspicion of criminal trespassing in the third degree.

Pastor arrested for child rape of two Portland girls
PORTLAND, Ore. - Police last week arrested a pastor who allegedly raped children, authorities said Wednesday.
Maximo Ake-Be, 31, faces charges of rape, sodomy and sex abuse in connection with a series of sexual assaults dating back to 1998, said Portland Police Sergeant Brian Schmautz. Ake-Be appeared in court Wednesday and pleaded innocent on all charges. A judge set bail at $4.5 million.
The girls were approximately eight and twelve years old when the alleged abuse began. In 2006, Ake-Be became the Senior Pastor of Iglesia De Dios, located at 400 South Pacific Avenue in Kelso, Wash.
