Federal spending, state spending. Has exploded since Bush came in office and the Middle East wars. Washington, DC is an international city now, the administrative capital of the empire, attracting brains and money from all over the world. Inflation due to dirty money. Third world trash driving high-end Mercedes, buying top real estate. Similar to cocaine money in Miami in the '70s and '80s. Much of this is looted U.S. taxpayer aid.
Baltimore is declining as an industrial city although it still has medium industries, a strong railroad presence, and is still an active port. Baltimore is becoming half an academic/tourist center, and half a suburb of Washington.In Washington federal government, associations, research and lobbying organizations, and academia are the economy.
In Baltimore the economy is academia, medical research, tourism and maritime. Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland medical schools are located there. Both universities have large government contracts. UMd gets NIH contracts for its Center for Vaccine Development since 9/11.JHU runs the Institute for Genome Research. The oligarchs fund it in their strategy of breeding the human species to future needs. JHU is a target of pharmaceutical industry. A doctor friend of mine there was wined and dined recently by pharma reps. JHU has a history of cooperation with JOG in social control/psychiatric studies. The Army's Ft. Holabird (gone now), an intell training center, was located in Baltimore. Ft. Meade and the U.S. Army biowarfare lab (Frederick, Md.) are nearby.
Baltimore has a large population of junkies and poor people to experiment on. They volunteer for medical test programs run by both universities.The heavy industry in Baltimore is about gone. Bethlehem Steel at Sparrows Point is running at 10 percent of its historic capacity. It was just bought by a Russian company. I think it is doing all right.
The port of Baltimore is losing business to New York/New Jersey and Norfolk. The problem is that the Chesapeake Bay is too shallow to admit the new supertankers, and Baltimore's railroad tunnels cannot accommodate the twin piggyback trains. Baltimore's railroad tunnels "date from the Civil War." Federal money/grant money is slowly displacing Baltimore's historic income, industry and commerce.DC is so expensive that DC people are buying Baltimore homes and commuting to DC (50 miles). Baltimore is losing its blue collar flavor. Yuppies moving in around the water into converted warehouse condos and around the universities. DC has no working class whites. This contributes to DC's isolation from the rest of the country. The DC bubble. The working class lives 30 miles in the suburbs. The whites in DC are very soft, spoiled, gold card social marxists. Phony and smug, with trendy race-mixing.
DC is about 60 percent black/30 white/10 other. There are about 300 homicides a year in DC, most black on black. There are very poor, rough black areas. They are being "gentrified" from Capitol Hill outward. There is no white trash in DC. It is the most polarized city you'll ever see. Whites are middle class, or young people from middle class temporarily waiting on tables for a living, etc., while they attend grad school or intern in a lobbying organization or agency.Baltimore still has a large working class white community, especially on the east side. There are white areas on the east side where blacks who enter unescorted/uninvited will get stomped.
Baltimore is 70 percent negro/30 percent white. There is lots of white trash in Baltimore, most of them multi-generation former mill worker families. Hard drugs are heavy in Baltimore. Crime is bad. About 300+ homicides a year -- one a day, basically.About one out of three jobs in the region depends on direct government spending. This insures obedience.

Federal spending in DC is attracting coloreds to the service jobs and low level security jobs. The coloreds tend to live in the inner city, and in the older suburbs. Whites are fleeing to the outer suburbs, if they can afford it.The negroes follow them out and there are more and more mestizos. Asians and mestizos have learned to work the affirmative action card more skillfully than niggers. Baltimore retains much more of its traditional population of black and white. There are far fewer non-U.S. born people in Baltimore, although this is changing because of spillover from DC and the increasing Federal/grant money in Baltimore.There are not so many mestizos in Baltimore, but they are showing up fast. Kike and church organizations are sponsoring them. I have observed resentment from negroes towards mestizos. We might be able to exploit this.
Without question DC has the greatest concentration of beautiful white women in the country. The money and power, the universities and internships, and professional opportunities, attract them. On a business day in downtown DC you will not believe how many beautiful white women you see. You will see many handsome white men, excellent physical/intellectual specimens. Some are racist, but if it becomes known, they are finished.It is a eugenic situation for whites in DC. The irony is that the enemy system has brought this about. You don't see much mingling between these "elite" whites and negroes. They keep a few pet niggers around. Among the top whites there is far less interracial dating. But there are tens of thousands of other coloreds: arabs, asians, Turkic peoples, mestizos. As with other trendy middle class whites, you see interracial dating in DC.
Baltimore is becoming a cosmopolitan city also. The universities attract people from all over the world. There are a lot of Brits, Italians and Russians. Lots of Chinese students, who are generally rude; they don't bother to mingle with whites or learn our culture. Increasing Chinese students, fewer and fewer whites. These chinks are trouble. JOG isn't worried about the chinks doing research in top U.S. universities. This implies another superpower hoax like the "Cold War". To increase defense spending.Without doubt, women dominate graduate schools in DC-Balt. The affirmative action and jew admissions officers are eliminating white males. I think white males are going their own ways as entrepreneurs (= independent operators), turned off/disgusted by the judaized curriculums, and the boring, rote prospects of conventional business and government.
An obscure fact is that Baltimore is the fifth biggest jew community in the U.S. (after NYC, Chicago, Miami and L.A.). They are concentrated in the northwest suburbs. They own a lot of Baltimore real estate and industries. The Greeks are the second strongest ethnic group in Baltimore. There is a network of old Maryland families around Baltimore -- mostly Scotch-Irish, English, Scots -- old money, horsey people, very quiet. I have met a few; they are racist but I think they disdain working class whites more than negroes. They are treacherous and not to be trusted. Their money is from the old Baltimore economy based on industry, finance and shipping.Baltimore still has an identity. DC has none at all. DC is like a hotel lobby. DC is probably the most transient city in the world. Baltimore took large numbers of German, Italian, Polish immigrants. The old neighborhoods are pretty much shattered and drowned now in negro/mestizo/white trash.
PoliticalDemocrat Party and Republican Party are two wings on the same bird. When the parties change power in DC, you don't see many people packing their bags. The shell game goes on. Dems in, Repubs out, the Washington scene doesn't miss a beat. Lots of these people are overpaid. They are an artificial middle class. Partisan politics is a sort of game in DC. You can see this on the political talk shows. In the end they're all laughing, because they are two wings/one bird, and know it. They still get paid even if they don't solve the problems. Their job is to keep the shell game going while the oligarchs complete the destruction and looting of America. Life is good in DC for the professional politicos.
In DC the "black GS mafia" is a big problem for the JOG. There is no way the Federal govt can cut salaries or reduce workforce without tremendous trouble from the artificial black middle class, i.e. GS 9-15. The blacks are suburban and deep in debt and know they have no chance of replacing their income in the private sector. They will sabotage Federal work streams if the JOG tries to can them. The region is crawling with security agencies that "need" protection (e.g. Dept. of Treasury, Congress, State Dept.). You have uniformed government guards, and private contractor guards (Pinkerton, Wackenhut, Vance, et al.). Also plainclothes (FBI, DIA, etc, etc). Also contract informers, provocateurs, miscellaneous agents. I include all lawyers in this category -- they are hired guns. All government employees should be regarded as enemy assets.The heaviest compound is Ft. Meade, midway between Baltimore and Washington, the HQ of the National Security Agency and the Army Security Agency. These organizations are far more powerful than the CIA and the rest you hear about. According to Kay Griggs, Army Intelligence is the real hit team/horse handler for the international bankers and arms dealers. The CIA is a smokescreen for Army Intelligence, she says. The Secret Service has a training facility at Ft. Meade: automatic weapons and a mockup village. Around Ft. Meade also has sprouted electronics oriented government contractors, full of retired military specialists and Israeli contractors.
Ft. Meade is "court martial central" (according to Colonel Hackworth), suggesting that the Army's prosecution apparat feeds off the NSA's massive eavesdropping and records power.Ft. Meade will be a detention center for political prisoners. Like all such FEMA/DHS/DOD facilities it is on a rail line. During WWII Meade was an induction/basic training center. It retains facilities for housing thousands of people.
Andrews Air Force Base 10 miles SE of DC. Home of Air Force One and Two, and an F-15 squadron for defense of DC. Two out of three air force personnel at Andrews is negro or mestizo. The Air Force is heavily colored. Reliability and efficiency in grave circumstances doubtful without white civilian contractors back up.The federal government leases huge amounts of office space in privately owned buildings in the suburbs. Many DOD agencies are out there, most in anonymous offices with low security.
Since 9/11 the security industry has exploded. At lunch time around these complexes you will see hundreds of white men and women, military and civilians, receiving middle class incomes. Whether they believe in what they are doing or not, they are trapped in the warfare economy. Most are in debt and they don't dare reveal themselves. They know the wars the J.O.G. are waging are wrong and will bite them in the ass. If the warfare economy is abolished they are out of a job.All federal buildings, whether they are defense related or not, have armed guards. Some guards are private contractors, some are government employees. For the lower level buildings, like Department of Housing and Urban Development, guards are mostly dull negroes. For the higher risk agencies you will see government guards and a larger percent of the force will be white males, better armed and trained.
The low level security negroes tend to be ordinary street coons. They eventually will start making trouble using Affirmative Action suits. They get tired of sitting at loading docks and glass huts. They see the whites have the better jobs at more prestigious agencies (like Treasury and State Depts.), and have the "cool" jobs like surveillance and internet monitoring (of white racists, for example), and will want them. Whites who hold these better security jobs will find their positions threatened by negroes.As the construction industry slows, more mestizos will try for the security jobs, making it worse for negroes. I used to work for a government contractor and noticed the different levels of security. For example the Department of Agriculture in downtown DC uses GSA (General Services Administration) guards. Ninety five percent are negroes, armed with cheap Taurus revolvers. You see 200 lb. negresses with long pink fingernails, and you see lots of Caribbean and African negroes. In my opinion, the JOG considers these low level security negroes a backup force if anything happens in DC. -- the kikes and the government think the negroes will have fewer hesitations gunning down whites.
At the National Guard headquarters in Virginia the guards are about half negro, half white. They are generally sharper. When we entered the compound they searched our vehicle pretty well, and a female negro guard stood by with an automatic shotgun. At the State Department (the main office, called Main State) I was surprised at the number of negroes I saw on professional staff inside. I mean the civilian staff. You would expect the State Department staff to be cosmopolitan and sophisticated; but I saw a third of the staff was negro -- apparently run of the mill GS-11 type niggers. I noticed the depressive effect of this on the polished whites.This is a result of AA and indicates that the JOG is placing less reliance on State Dept. What agencies have replaced State? I think the Pentagon's military liaisons and covert people, some of whom are run by Cheney's "shadow government." That is, the zionist network of shabbos goyim and kikes. Along with the artificial prosperity of the region, crime is going up. There is also the growing numbers of white trash, negroes and mestizos on welfare or workfare.The DC middle class is artificial and nervous. If government spending reduces it will fade out. Another destabilizing element. Most of the younger government employees and military members won't collect their pensions because the system won't last that long.
ConclusionThe Baltimore-Washington region is the enemy HQ. Biggest concentration of political, security and academic assets. DC is more dangerous to white survival than New York, Tel Aviv or London.
The affirmative action phenomenon is the achilles heel of the JOG.If trouble ever strikes DC the white men who dominate the security forces will be hampered by decades of negro inefficiency. The White men will want to cut loose, but the JOG will fear to let the white security men go too far.
