I thought 1,902.7 mpg was a lot. That was the winning rating at last year's Shell
Eco-Marathon Americas courtesy of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. This year, three teams had
a higher mpg score in the event this past weekend, and it was the students from Mater Dei
High School from Evansville, Indiana who coasted away winners with a mpg rating of
2,843.4 in their #22 vehicle. Mater Dei's second vehicle came in third overall. Teams from
both universities and high schools competed and Mater took home the $10,000 grand prize.

for fighting. In addition to this, perform fingertip, knuckle, and bent-wrist push-ups while
following the BUD/S Warning Order. Sparring and Medicine Ball Training will toughen the
midsection. Doing kicks on a dense heavy bag will strengthen the shins. Performing a
Wrestler's Bridge on hard surfaces will strengthen the neck and forehead. Go at your own
pace and do not risk permanent injury.

HAND TRAINING
Materials Needed:
-10" wide x 24" long (or larger) canvas bag
-approx. 1" round river rocks (enough to fill the bag half way)
-old towel
-cinder blocks (support stand)
Set up the cinder blocks so that you can sit on one and the other(s) create a
stand in front of you that is about the height of your naval (while seated). If
the surface of your stand is not level due to the shape of the cinder block, you
may have to lay an additional concrete slab on the top for a nice flat surface.
Place the towel (in single layer) over the support stand. This is your striking
surface.
Fill the canvas bag with the rocks and fold the remaining half of the bag over
to create a side that is double layered. Tape the bag shut (masking or duct
tape will do). Place the bag on the stand and your simple setup is complete.
WARNING: DO NOT USE EXCESSIVE FORCE. Strike lightly at first and
gradually increase speed and power. Otherwise you can seriously fuck up
your hands. Always breathe out as you strike.
You can save time by setting up two stands and train both hands
simultaneously.
After each session, soak your hands in warm/ hot water while flexing and
massaging to stimulate blood flow.
PART ONE (8 Weeks)
1. Drop your flat palm on the bag 30 times, shake out the hand, strike
another 20 times, shake out the hand and flex.
2. Drop the edge of your hand (knife-hand) on the bag 30 times, shake, 20
times, shake and flex.
3. Repeat with the heel of your palm.
4. Repeat with the back of your hand.
Optional training:
You can supplement with a bucket of sand. Follow the above procedure while
punching the sand. Then do 100 fingertip thrusts. You can also rub the sand
between your hands to toughen the skin.
PART TWO (8 Weeks)
Remove the bag so that you are now striking the cement/cinder support
covered with the towel.

point is that there will not be an organized support system. Fighters on the lam will have to
depend on a scant few people willing to help them. Timothy Mcveigh is a good example.
Very few people would have been willing to help him regroup and move on. If a person is
caught helping anyone, they will get about 40 years in the joint. Whole families of guerilla
fighters during the 1860s border wars were locked up for the crime of being their kin.
William Anderson's sister was killed along with other family members while under federal
lock-up. That's what set him off as an incorrigible fighter.

Invented by Garrett A. Morgan in 1923? No! The first known traffic signal appeared in
London in 1868 near the Houses of Parliament. Designed by JP Knight, it featured two
semaphore arms and two gas lamps. The earliest electric traffic lights include Lester Wire's

Could Israel use submarines against Iran?
Anticipating a showdown with Iran, Israel decides secretly to deploy a submarine off its arch
foe's coast.
But how? The quickest route from Israel's Mediterranean coast is via the Suez Canal, which
runs through Egypt and which the classified vessels shun. So the submarine is hidden in the
belly of a commercial tanker, which delivers it to the Gulf.
Such is the plot of an Israeli thriller, "Undersea Diplomacy". Does it hold water? Perhaps

experience in Israel's most sensitive military planning.

how the Israeli fleet of Dolphin-class submarines could be used against Iran, whose
leadership has called for Israel to be "wiped off the map", stoking international concern over
Tehran's nuclear programme.
Israel has three Dolphins, with two more on order from Howaldtswerke-Deutsche Werft, a
German shipyard custom-building them at a steep discount as part of Berlin's bid to shore up

America's neo-Nazis will be staging a series of events and rallies across the US next week to
mark the 119th anniversary of the birth of Adolf Hitler on April 20, 1889.
The Anti-Defamation League said those organizing the events include the National Socialist
Movement and its offshoots Volksfront and the American National Socialist Workers Party
(ANSWP).
The events include on April 19 an anti-immigration march in Washington DC, a "family
friendly" cookout in memory of Hitler in Morganton, North Carolina, for members of the
white supremacist website Stormfront, and a meeting in Portland, Oregon, of the local
chapter of Volksfront, which is seeking to purchase land in the Pacific Northwest in order to
establish an autonomic whites-only region in the area.
The rally in Washington, organized by NSM, is expected to see marchers wearing Nazi
uniforms and a former SS officer speaking.
On April 20, ANSWP will host an event in Chicago, while the National Socialist Order of
America plans to launch its National Socialist Leadership Training School, a correspondence
course for members, on that day.
On April 26, Crew 38, a group close to the violent neo-Nazi group Hammerskin Nation,
will hold an "Adolf Hitler Memorial and BBQ" in Houston with a swastika lighting.

Dear TT,
I bought a beer today from some white guys at a big discount alcohol-o-rama, I couldn't
believe how negrified they were! They looked like bleached monkeys! I can only imagine
this was from massive alcohol consumption (of which they were chatting to one another as
I made my purchase) combined with the revoltingly ubiquitous jungle music that blares from
literally every speaker actively devolving anyone who succumbs to its mindless garbage
beat. I've had to actively keep myself using good english, it's become so rare. I've met
people who think I have a British accent, which is ridiculous! (It's Canadian-ish at best!)
Michael Regener, a NS musician, was recently released from prison in Germany. I've sent
along a song of his "The Reich shall rise again". It's in German; I can understand the part
where he says "Red! Black! White!" but that's about it. Good stuff though and a true white
soldier. His band was called "Landser". (reviewing some of last months show, I realize you
know of him; I'll send this anyways.)

I think you're right about watching Germany, German/Nordic culture is like pure white
healthiness!
Million dollar ideas: Well made documentaries; everyone (nearly) has easy access to these
now via youtube. Simply true stories about the Alamo-like end of Waffen SS units, or
exposes, like the "Negro Culture" (these are great by the way; how can anyone complain,
they're all true! Hard to watch though, they make me a bit sick, especially the pathetic
whigger girls. How very low!) like "Kikel Culture".
Also, as someone mentioned a college, how about an online campus/classroom, with ability
to "raise your hand" to ask questions online; couldn't be very expensive. The teacher could
play movies, sound clips, show pictures, write on a virtual chalkboard, etc. It seems like this
type of software must be really simple, but no-one's offered such a thing up for free yet,
probably because all online classes of this type so far have been business ventures for
degrees. One great thing about the 'net is it sort of aspires to eliminate the education-for-pay
system! (Net, by the way, is Egyptian for Athena.)
Joke: A blimp with a giant, beautiful swastika on it! heh-heh. Or a million swastika balloons
(I think I'll start making swastika balloons anyways...).
On your one-dollar contribution thing: honestly, sending one-dollar seems hardly worth a
stamp; perhaps you should've asked for 5$ or 10$. Everything's so push-button these days
that people have forgotten how snail-mail even works. Well, I suppose now I've said this,
I should get off my horse and send something!
On boxing - I'm a poor one to comment on physical fitness, but I just want to add to the
discussion that Adolf Hitler recommends Boxing in Mein Kampf as great way of honing
reaction time. It was the premiere study in the Hitler Youth and I believe this reaction
training carries over into any kind of warfare.
