Jackson, Miss.Reporter: The Associated PressA federal judge has scheduled arguments for Thursday on a motion by a reputed Ku Klux Klansman accused in the 1964 slayings of two black men to have the charges dismissed. U.S. District Judge Henry T. Wingate has scheduled the hearing for 8:30 a.m. Thursday at the federal courthouse in Jackson. James Ford Seale has pleaded not guilty to two counts of kidnapping and one count of conspiracy. The 71-year-old Seale is being held without bond in the Madison County jail. Seale could be sentenced to up to life in prison if convicted in the deaths of Charles Eddie Moore and Henry Hezekiah Dee. Prosecutors say Moore and Dee were seized and beaten by Klansmen, then thrown into the Mississippi River to drown. Seale and reputed KKK member Charles Marcus Edwards were arrested in 1964.The FBI, consumed by the search for three civil rights workers who had disappeared that summer, turned the case over to local authorities, who promptly threw out all charges. Regarding the one pro-White activist who e-mailed you about his Niggerball watching: It's true that many people have friends whose whole social life revolves around "watching sports." I even know one good activist who sort've had to watch the super bowl due to his job/co-workers (career politics). Personally, I dumped all of these types of friends flat at some point. Morris Dees sues Klansmen on behalf of beaten youth Feb. 22, 2007 - Morris Dees filed suit today against two Klansmen who savagely beat a teenage boy at a carnival in Kentucky last July. The lawsuit defendants - Jarred Hensley, 24, of Cincinnati and Andrew Watkins, 26, of Louisville - are members of the Imperial Klans of America, the nation's largest Klan group at the time of the assault. In separate legal action, they were each sentenced today to three years after pleading guilty to second-degree assault. The Klansmen apparently targeted the 16-year-old boy, whose father is a Kuna Indian from Panama, because they thought he was Hispanic. They beat, kicked and spit on him during the attack, which occurred shortly after midnight at the Meade County Fairgrounds in Brandenburg, Ken. They also shouted racial epithets and threw whiskey on him. The teenager suffered two cracked ribs, a broken left forearm, multiple cuts and bruises, and jaw injuries that required extensive dental repair. Traumatized by the beating, he is seeking mental health treatment. The Klansmen were arrested at the scene and initially charged with disorderly conduct and alcohol intoxication in a public place. On Aug. 10, Hensley and Watkins appeared in court and were arrested on assault charges. I see a deep jealously, animosity and contempt that drives many whites to attack their own people. The Jews have only tapped into that deep seated enmity which exists between one white and the next. The axiom "we have met the enemy and it is ourselves" says it all. We should learn from the other races how to survive as a people and of course defend ourselves from the non-whites as well. At long last, it seems, the FBI is poised to reconcile its responsibility to all citizens with its dirty past of neglect. Better late than never, you might say, but not by much. Many of the suspected villains are dead or so close to the end that even harsh sentences feel like a mockery of justice, particularly when you consider that, in many cases, their victims lives ended in youth.Still, there is a kind of twisted justice in having an old man like James Ford Seale end up behind bars after allegedly getting away with the kidnapping and murder of young Charles Eddie Moore and Henry Dee in Mississippi.
