Tom and Jon, I had to chuckle. I work with a Filipino who told me that when he was in the Philippines all they heard was how badly the blacks were treated in the United States. Now that he lives here, he sees how untrue that really is. His comment was that over all they (the blacks) just want a hand out and a free ride and don't want to get an education to better themselves.
