By 11 a.m., the line had grown to about 300 people, most waiting for the cards now in high demand by people seeking the assurance of identification in a security-conscious, post-Sept. 11 atmosphere. "Anywhere you go, they want an ID with your photo," said David, 30, who was taking a rare day off from his job as a gardener to wait in line. "It's better to have something on you and not be walking around with fear, nothing to prove who you are." That a growing number of agencies are now recognizing the cards as valid forms of identification means its bearers can open bank accounts, conduct city business in San Francisco and Oakland and identify themselves to police in several states, including California, Texas, Arizona and New Mexico. Called a matricula consular, the card is helpful to undocumented immigrants with no other form of identification, though it is also sought by legal residents who use it when visiting Mexico. But increased acknowledgment of the cards angers some groups, who say it rewards illegal immigrants. The cards are granted to immigrants both legal and illegal as long as they have necessary documents such as a birth certificate or passport and proof that they live in the consulate's jurisdiction. "This is a document that is aiding and abetting them to get just about anything they want," said Barbara Coe, chairwoman of the California Coalition for Immigration Reform. Consular officials and those standing in line said the cards help ease details of daily life that would be impossible without identification: proving they are 21 at bars, signing up for library cards, returning merchandise to a store even collecting jackpot winnings at casinos. "Those of us who have always had an ID, you take it for granted," said San Francisco Consul General Georgina Lagos. "When you lack ID, then you're really in trouble." The growing recognition of the card is the result of a concerted lobbying effort by the 47 Mexican consulates in the United States. The Mexican foreign ministry has directed the consulates to promote the laminated, credit-card sized IDs. Officials plan to issue a high-tech, more fraud-proof version of the card in the next few months. Last fall, Wells Fargo began accepting the card as one of the primary forms of identification required to open accounts at more than 3,000 branches in 23 states. Since early November, about 15,000 new accounts have been opened using the ID, said assistant vice president Miriam Duarte. Citibank also plans on accepting the cards. Several other, mostly smaller banks also accept the ID from people who want to open accounts. Wells Fargo initially began accepting the cards in Austin, Texas at the urging of the police department and Mexican consulate. They were concerned that immigrants without bank accounts carrying large amounts of cash were being targeted for robberies, said Assistant Police Chief Rudy Landeros. "We don't have anywhere to put the money," said Martha Jacobo, 38, a hospital worker who was waiting in line in San Francisco. "We want to open an account. This is really important to us." Law enforcement agencies that have started accepting the cards as a valid form of ID say it saves them the effort of trying to identify people. When a question arises it is open to observation and discussion. I think there is truth in that question that deserves exploration without the sky falling. Alpines haven't resisted strongly either but far more than Nordics. ******************************************** Subject: Cell Organization Much has been written about leaderless resistance as a method for resisting the JOG, our Jewish Occupational Government. I believe leaderless resistance is viable, but not preferable. IF it is possible to have any form of organized resistance, with the same security level, then it is preferable. The type of organized resistance I am referring to in no way mirrors any the membership groups in existence today. I am speaking of organized, self-contained cells, not a pyramid organization. The max. number of members any self-contained cells should have, in my opinion, is about 14 men. After that, the benefits outweigh the problems, and logistics, transportation etc. become a virtual nightmare. The whole point of leaderless resistance is to remain anonymous to the authorities, and prevent infiltration by government agents. For example, it's extremely unlikely for gov't agents to infiltrate a small cell of individuals who know and trust each other, and impossible for a gov't agent to infiltrate a cell of one. I believe that it is possible to retain all these characteristics in an organized small cell of a max. of 14 men. Remember, even The Order, as large as it was, was not infiltrated by gov't agents. The Order was taken down because of a lack of the leadership to follow the simple rule of giving out information on a 'need to know' basis. Bob Mathews, though blessed with courage, was too trusting, not paranoid enough. A very important security rule in any guerrilla operation is to give info out on a need to know basis. I am very surprised at how far The Order succeeded, with the tactical errors made. What does this mean? Just think of how far a properly organized cell could go today. Some type of organizational structure WILL be necessary to succeed, in fact I'll go further to say that a PYRAMID structure will eventually be needed eventually if a full revolution breaks out. No revolution has ever succeeded without organization, and when the time comes for a guerrilla organization, the risks of infiltration and treason by comrades will be just as great, if not even greater then they are at the present time. Nothing great was ever accomplished without risk. The IRA, the ETA, the PLO all risk enemy infiltration, it is a basic fact of existence for guerrilla organizations, but without any organization they have no hope of success. You cannot have your cake and eat it to. You just have to be careful. What's the saying...there's no time like the present. I see no reason why cells cannot begin forming today, even if they are inactive "sleeper cells" who are awaiting the right time to strike. Can you imagine anything more frightening to the gov't dozens of sleeper cells ready to strike at a minutes notice. SELECTION OF PERSONNEL Before discussing exactly how to organize such a cell, it needs to be said that not everyone is up for the task. The person who wishes to form such a cell and the members he chooses for it, must be of excellent character. They must be willing, and even counting on dying. If caught, the gov't has ways of breaking you. And no member of the cell must ever be caught, a prospective member must commit suicide, rather then be detained by the authorities. They must be resigned that he will give his life for the cause, or take it. He must be an individual who knows little fear, is patient, calm under stress, able to think when fatigued, and does not lose his temper easily. Regardless of the tasks that are to be carried out by the cell members they all must have extensive practice with pistols and rifles, and be trained in hand to hand combat. They must be in good physical condition, strong and with good stamina. The type of individual that meets these requirements, generally, are blue collar workers. People with Union cards. They are found in bars across the country, and are tough son of a bitches. How many accountants, or teachers do you know that fit this bill? Me neither. The lower classes have always fought the rich mans wars, because the rich men lack the intestinal fortitude necessary for such tasks. ORGANIZATION In order to minimize enemy infiltration the utmost strictest security measures must be in place, and to minimize friendly defectors, prospective members with the above qualities must be chosen. Now for the organizational methods. We will call the person wanting to form his very own Aryan resistance cell, Mr. Pink. Mr. Pink should first choose one person to be his right hand man. Someone Mr. Pink has known for at least 5 five years. Someone Mr. Pink trusts with his own life. This prospect should be approached and prodded with seemingly innocent questions, until it is believed safe to reveal your true intentions of forming a cell. If there is any chance at all that the prospect will refuse to join the cell, then he must never be asked, and if asked and refused, possibly executed. Loose screws have a way of screwing you. Once the first member of the group is chosen, unless you grew up with him, and there is no chance of him being a gov't infiltrator, he must be interrogated. Purchase a good book on interrogation, you can get them in such catalogs as Loompanics, and Delta Press. If possible the prospect should be under the influence of a truth serum. You can purchase dis-inhibiting drugs such as Xanax over the internet from foreign pharmacies, or go to you general physician and tell him you are having terrible episodes of anxiety, and panic attacks. The prospect should be explained that this is necessary and totally safe. The worse that could happen is that he/she will vomit the Xanax up. Do not combine Xanax or drugs like it with alcohol! The subject should then be interrogated, asked basic questions to begin with about his age, sex, name, date of birth ect.
