To cling to the belief that they are the same in aptitude, skill or behavior is to build a society based on a biological & scientific lie. Over the years I have dated many racially motivated men. Yes, I will agree that men can get very caught up in the cause and forget that there are other things in life. I understood and I can accept that. But, not all men are the same. There are many good men available. To say otherwise is only to short change yourself. First, you must clearly know what you are looking for in a man. Second, go directly for the one you want! Remember... Love and passion doesn't come around to often. Third, whatever you do. Don't settle. Life is to short. You deserve the best. Keep in mind that women are verbally more fluent than men but are less able to separate emotion from reason. Though at the same time women are better able to arrive at apparently non-rational but correct conclusions- I guess we can call this "women's intuition." Men are better at math, have better hand on coordination, are better mechanics, A woman's sense's are more acute. We can hear, taste, smell and feel things they cannot. Men are more competitive and dominating than we are. Women from infancy, are more interested in people than things, where I have found men to be the opposite. I find women more drawn to peacemaking, conversation and emotions. Men on the other hand are more calculating, more interested in things and less interested in talk. Women cry more than men, perhaps it's because we have more to cry about. Women receive much more emotional input and of course react to it. From the time we are little girls we (most) dream of our wedding day. Marriage is one of the most important events in a woman's life next to giving birth. There is nothing in marriage for men, given their macho desire for novelty and the widest possible distribution of their seed. But, then some men do marry and many are faithful. Faithful only because they know this is best for society and/or for their own children. I am sorry to say that women will never be as powerful or successful as men because the brain definitely drives us in different directions. Men make unbelievable sacrifices of personal happiness, health, time, friendships, and relationships in their search for power, status and success. We won't and we don't. Here is where I know many woman will disagree...What women are naturally made for is motherhood. Not only are we biologically equipped for it, but most woman's brains yearn for it. We are nature's natural parents. I hate to say this, but it is the truth. One of the great tragedies of feminism is that it devalues the very undertaking that women are unquestionably gifted. Motherhood is the arena in which a woman's sensitivity and generosity can shine! Unfortunately feminist dogma equates child care as a form of slavery. Feeding, clothing, loving and educating our next world leader is as a noble task as earning the money to pay for the food and the bills. "Liberation' is often unnatural. I see this everyday at work. Women force themselves into competitive careers which they truly are not emotionally or biologically unsuited, and are plagued with guilt because they must draw a line at some point. There is only so much a person can handle. Both sexes would be spared a great deal of distress if they would just admit their differences and understood, and respected, and made the most of them. Dating can be less stressful when we acknowledge what we have to work with. Love, affection and caring cannot be measures like baking a cake. Neither sex would survive without these emotions. I love men just the way they are. I never had a desire to wear the pants in the family. But, don't under estimate the passion a woman can have. I can get on any platform with a man and debate with as much passion and conviction and still go home and do my laundry. I always felt as if women had the best of two worlds and soon turning 50 I still feel the same. Society makes a terrible mistake when it tries to force men and women into the same roles, just as it makes a terrible mistake when it tries to force the races into a state of equivalency.
