Terrible Tommy is issuing this state of the struggle bulletin for the lone wolf and cell
associates. Recently W.A.R. has learned that a major U.S. city has been chosen as a test
model for U.S. Marine anti urban uprising training. That city is Chicago, Illinois. A
crack Marine Corp think tank has traveled to Chicago and studied the city for some time as
a test model for anti-unrest operations. Chicago was chosen for several reasons of which
not all are known at this time. Some have to do with it being a middle American city vital
to commerce from all parts of the U.S. Also, the several drawbridges in downtown were a
factor. If you have ever read the book by Jack London called the Iron Heel you will
know that Chicago was the scene of a mighty uprising against the government oligarchy.
Around the turn of the last century. Interestingly, the workers and poor took control of
the high rise buildings to attack the Iron Heel forces below in the streets. It seems the
Marine Corp has read the book and are going or have practiced high rise repelling between
tall buildings in hopes of controlling the high ground, so to speak.

In California, Proposition 21 would allow the state to close down any organization
perceived as a gang. THE WORDING IS SUCH.(AND CREATES THE CRIME OF RECRUITING FOR GANG
ACTIVITIES) In California today all WHITE RACIST activity is classed as gang activity by
police departments. This means that membership groups can and will be prosecuted or shut
down civilly at the whim of the ultra liberal Jew lackey attorney general Bill Lockyer in
the state capital at Sacramento. Whether it be National Alliance, COTC or any of the
several Klan organizations or David Duke's new racist organization. For those that do not
believe what I am telling you, please pick up a copy of this proposition and study it
carefully. A large list of new gun control laws are on the way also, plus paramilitary
training that is already a misdemeanor in California will be raised to a felony.
I tested this law a few years ago when we found several non white groups were openly
involved in paramilitary operations. The attorney general said their office had the option
of proceeding against each group as they chose to. Beyond that it was up to the Sheriff of
the county. In other words, if you're White or Right wing in nature the Attorney general
will move against you, but if you are non white and pro Jew you are safe to paramilitary
train. These laws all work in tandem like the hate crime laws
that are left to the local D.A. to implement. In most cases, hate crime charges against
whites by non whites are overlooked but charged when its reversed. I am not telling you
this to whine like the right wing does all the time. I am telling you this to make you
more vigilant, hardcore and not prone to throw your freedom away on the small stuff you
see everyday. Save your hatred for a target that really counts.

Even if I were the only person in the country espousing the Revolutionary Struggle, I
would be happy not to be accepted by the racial right. I don't know how many more times I
have to say this, but I want no part of Duke or any of the old right racists. Since the
people who still think that following a man who is so low in self esteem that he must have
plastic surgery even as a young man then I leave them to their folly. Duke, Fields and
Carto never backed the Order, Bob Matthews or for that matter any revolutionary-styled
soldier.. If Matthew's had lived a bit longer, all three were scheduled to be neutralized.
Not only is the old right wing non effective, it's counter-revolutionary. This ridiculous
attempt to get the public to like you is folly and weakness. The public never knows what
it wants . You have to show them what it needs. In the coming months, I intend to take off
the gloves even more with the right wing, since I not only totally disagree with their
tactics, but view them as a worse enemy than the more obvious ones. Why???? Because the
fifth column within your gates is far more dangerous than the enemy outside the gates.
For those who dwell on N.S. Germany, but cling to a conservative right wing view, you are
dead wrong both the Communists on the left and the Conservative right did all in their
power to thwart the N.S, bid for power. Those elements ultimately betrayed the N.S.
struggle in Germany

I can understand and appreciate your problem with the Jews, but the problem seems to me
(besides the Africans-the worst) is the millions of gooks, wetbacks, sand niggers, dots,
etc. that are despoiling our once beautiful country by the millions. I have daily
telephone contact all across the country and I don't think anybody in Florida, California
or New York speaks English anymore. I know these people have been brought in by the
Democrats to vote illegally. What can we do and still stay out of jail?

Africa's Plague
"We are looking at more people dying in Africa over the next few years than died in
every major war in the 20th Century.
Sub-Saharan Africa has become the global epicenter of the AIDS virus. Every day, some six
thousand African people die of AIDS. So far, the virus has claimed more than 13 million
lives on the continent, 23 million more are carrying the deadly disease, and of the more
than 33 million people worldwide who are infected with AIDS, 70 percent of them are in
Africa.
"It's, humanly speaking, such a hopeless, hopeless situation. We've never seen
anything like it," says evangelist Reinhard Bonnke. In some of the hardest hit
countries, like South Africa, Botswana, Zambia and Tanzania, life expectancies are
plummeting. In Zimbabwe, the UN reports that the life span there is likely to fall from 61
to 39 within the next decade. AIDS is now the leading killer on the continent, and experts
predict the epidemic has yet to peak. Across southern and eastern Africa, the majority of
all hospital beds are occupied by AIDS patients. Next to the hospitals are the local
morgues, filled with corpses, mostly those of AIDS victims. And next to the mortuaries are
the coffin makers, where business is booming because so many are dying. So, now quit

I just finished reading an article that appeared in the National Alliance owned magazine
RESISTANCE. While several associates made me aware of the article, someone just now sent a
copy to me. The article is a vicious attack on the concept of leaderless resistance.
In studying the articles syntax carefully, I am fairly sure I can guess who wrote it.
Someone who doesn't want to be seen in company of unwashed working class or skin head
types. Someone who has a background military operations and someone not particularly fond
of women other than their value as breeders.
Since Dr. Pierce has already taken a swing at leaderless resistance in a previous article,
I doubt that he wrote this article. Besides Dr. Pierce's experience in combat ended about
the time he hid in a tree at Rockwell's funeral fearing an arrest. Or perhaps when he
exclaimed to Robert Miles over the telephone during the ORDER roundup that he was fleeing
{imagined} FBI agents that were following him as he hid out in cheap motels. With that in
mind, I excuse the good Dr. from the line up.
The profile of this man is that he is or was active duty. He is attempting to be a big
fish in a small pond and has at least one divorce under his belt or at least a master
slave relationship with his wife. Something like a marriage out of the old testament. He
has been flirting around the edges of the RESISTANCE and has gathered some other
interesting characters in his wake. So much for a mini profile.
Next we ask why he and his supporters would take such pains to put the kibosh on a very
basic but at least semi effective form of resistance. And to put it in a magazine destined
primarily for young men and women who are at the right age to help make real change. Why
not in the John Birch Society magazine called the NEW AMERICAN where such reactionary
drivel belongs.
The entire article is taken up with the fear that leaderless resistance might work which
would discredit the old right wing experts who prefer the tired old game of eat meet and
retreat. Probably the thing that angered me the most was the disrespect of the men of the
ORDER and Robert Matthews.
The Order did not make their move at the provocation of the old right. They made their
moves despite the old right. At the time, most of the right leadership attacked them
and a certain right wing con man by the name of Edward Fields even contacted the C.I.A and
accused them of sending Robert Matthews out to discredit the right wing. Believe me, the
right wing discredits itself far more than anyone else could ever do.
At the end of this critique our military expert says " That while the Leaderless
resistance forces could distract the enemy, the grown ups can go about their more serious
business". Why after 40 years of a great need do the experts all of a sudden infer a
professional military underground complete with tried and true methodology. What took so
long? Why have we had to wait until the ship has rolled over and is slowly sinking into
the deep? The term unconventional warfare is not mentioned. People whose concepts of
military structure are stuck in the 20th century will be very surprised at the trends they
will see in the early part of this century. Also, ask yourself this. How will this grand
strategy of organizational structure survive in the most infiltrated, spied on society the
world has ever seen? Don't be silly!
The last real structured attempt was the Minute Men who had a lot of military expertise
and a lot of fire power to back them up. They had secret airfields and coastal weapons
staches. They were even making mock raids on L.A. police stations and military storage
depots. They made some brief appearances during the Watts riots.They had structure. They
had chain of command. They had lots of leaders, but not one objective was taken in the
end. In an ironic twist, Robert Depugh who I knew well ended up doing the same thing our
military expert criticizes the ORDER for. You guessed it, he robbed a bank. Only he didn't
get millions like the ORDER. He got peanuts and was soon arrested. So much for the chain
of command.
Why was Depugh robbing banks or liberating cash? The same reason
Stalin started by robbing trains. None of those fine rich right wingers or others who flap
their gums about liberty and freedom would contribute even 1 % of their wealth. Because
they are cheap bastards and totally hypercritical.
No one that I know has ever said that Leaderless Resistance was a method for all seasons.
No doubt that after the pump is primed and the comrades get a real taste of the enemies
blood, a more sophisticated structure will naturally evolve. Their are many variations
such as the extremely effective I.R.A who the British military were forced to admit that
they could not break their solid cell structure.
Yes, there are natural leaders even in a cell structure which our WARLORD fails to
recognize. Many things that are said in leaderless resistance leave it open for you to
read between the lines. Something our military expert either ignores or is unable to
fathom. Another point that our expert fails to address is that military weaponry and
tactics are changing radically . Twentieth century operations will be old news in the 21
century as technology speeds ahead at breakneck speed. However, sometimes as we savor our
technology, the basics jump up and bite us in the ass. Technically, there is no sure fire
defense against terrorism or freedom fighting.
All the kings Horses and all the kings informants could not thwart a simple but direct and
audacious act of destroying a Middle America Symbol of the Iron Heel. They can't accept
that two men just filled a truck with fertilizer and blew the Federal Building in Oklahoma
city to bits.
They still flounder about looking for another conspiracy. James Earl Ray didn't become a
member of a sophisticated military operation. He never rose above corporal in the army. He
didn't have a rank structure. He had a car, a few bucks, and finally a rifle which he used
to take out one of the many system stooges. King was being used to do what in the end big
business really wanted. So he licked his thumb and touched his front sight and the problem
was no more. Old James wouldn't have gotten near his target if it had been a conspiracy or
a structured group. In South Vet Nam the opposition at least at first didn't need to call
Hanoi every morning to find out who the enemy was. It was simple. The enemy is anyone who
seriously resists us and any way we can hurt the enemy is good.
The expert we are dealing with will never use his phantom brigades. He is telling you to
shut up and leave it to his phantom officers, and phantom chain of command and above all
pay your dues. Meanwhile "Hunter" smiles and disappears into the night and as
Mao said into the "Sea of the people" to hunt another day. All things will
unfold and be made clear as time marches on. Oh yes, one last comment, never trust a voice
