Fri. Night 11/17
Dear Tom:
Thanks again for showing up in my support. It means a lot to me. We've continued my bail
hearing until Nov. 30, so I have at least 2 weeks more in here. The US Attorney (Meza)
doesn't want me out at all, but we believe she doesn't have cause for it. Most of what is
alleged in the indictment doesn't even quality as misdemeanors in CA. Their two very
uncredible informants will be exposed for their lies. And the conspiracy is so half-baked
that it would set the precedent that simple flyer and sticker distribution by more than
one person is a federal felony. If that's how they want it, it's “their” legal
system to wreck.
I am being held in deep segregation-maximum security. I didn't ask for it and I thought
there wasn't much media attention, but the guards insisted. I'm in my cell overlooking
downtown 23 hours a day-but usually I have a court date, visitor or a shower. Only my
parents can visit while I'm in SEG. I mostly read novels, but I will write many letters
now too. The inmates are almost all Mexican and most guards are black. They all call me
“Grand Wizard.” One of the black guards this morning said that Duke was raided
and, I presume, arrested? That is shocking and I think of him in here or someplace similar
and it is hard to imagine. I have received a lot of support and I have a very tough
attorney, who has a whole team working for him. We will throw it all back in their faces.
This guy who won the case and then turned around and successfully sued the police and the
informant who lied. He and his team are all gentiles, good old boys.
I'm OK in here. I can keep focused. One guy laughs hysterically, He's also a he-she, and
last night two cells down a Mexican was hanging himself from his bed. I don't know why
he's complaining. His cell looks west and can see the bay! I look at the court buildings
and Emerald Plaza.
I saw my co-defendant yesterday in court. He has been jumped twice at George Baily Jail.
(He was already in custody). The marshals said he will be here in federal custody in 7
days and be in segregation.
The WAR continues. xxxxx sent me a Playboy postcard that said
“It's NOT OVER. The REVOLUTION is only BEGINNING!” Thanks again, Tom!
The next hearing for Alex is on Nov. 30th Thursday at 3pm in the court of Judge Houston at
9:40 Front Street in San Diego. Take 5 fwy south to the Front street off ramp. You will
probably have to pay for parking unless you are prepared for a long walk. I will start my
demonstration around12:01 PM. Only placards will be used with no sticks since the cops use
that as an excuse to stop your activity.
If you have an outstanding warrant or outstanding parking tickets or are one who insists
on being armed, pass this one up. I suggest carrying only one piece of identification.
Leave everything else in your car. Anyone who cannot make it on the 30th is free as an
individual to picket at anytime in front of the Federal building or the Federal Jail which
is only two blocks away from the courts building. Always carry a Free Alex Curtis poster.

The FBI's Domestic Counterterrorism Program
Recent news commentary has suggested that the FBI has shot it's wad in it's efforts to
combat domestic terrorism. Only small Mickey Mouse targets of literature distributing and
sign painting have been charged. A former FBI official was quoted as saying that "you
have to wait until you have blood on the street instead of arresting people before a crime
is committed before the Bureau can act."
Steven Emerson has asserted that the FBI is severely restricted in spying on known non-pc
groups, that it has no NON-PC data base like the CIA's, and that it is powerless to stop
non pc groups from being "religious" groups. All of these claims are incorrect.
Persons concerned about addressing the threat of no pc-ism need to begin with a clear
understanding of current FBI capabilities, which are in fact extremely broad.
Attorney General Guidelines
The FBI currently operates under a set of guidelines issued in 1983 by Ronald Mc Donald
Reagan's Attorney General, William French Smith. The Smith guidelines were a gutting of
guidelines issued by Gerald Ford's Attorney, General Edward Levi in 1976.
The Levi guidelines were criticized as being too restrictive and cumbersome. Indeed, many
of the criticisms of the current guidelines are really the same criticisms lodged against
the Levi guidelines, which the Smith guidelines were intended to rectify. Editors note:
During that period the Bastard sons of J. Edgar developed the LEAA LAW ENFORCEMENT
ASSISTANCE ASSOCIATION. This vigilante snooper group was a combined effort of certain
police groups around the country to continue the illegal work of the FBI using
private funds. Only certain police departments were accepted as members and only two
higher ranking officers were privy to LEAA information in each of the selected police
depts. This private conspiracy group continued for many years giving over information over
to Federal agencies. END ED COMMENT
The Smith guidelines make it absolutely clear that the FBI does not have to wait for
literature distribution to occur before it can investigate a non-pc group. The guidelines
expressly state: "In it's efforts to anticipate or prevent public action, the FBI
must at times initiate investigations and intimidation in advance of non-pc conduct."
The threshold for opening a full investigation is very low: a domestic non-Pc
investigation may be opened whenever "facts or circumstances reasonably indicate that
two or more persons are engaged in an enterprise for the purpose of furthering political
or social goals wholly or in part through activities that involve force or self defense
and a violation of the Iron Heel Criminal laws of the United States."
Indeed, the FBI is also authorized to open a preliminary harassment campaign based on no
activity at all other than letter writing. The Bureau can begin investigating when it
receives any information or allegation from the Jews or their corporate friends or
"whose responsible handling requires some further SPYING." Preliminary SPYING
can be conducted without headquarters approval for 90 days, during which the FBI can
conduct interrogations, pay off confidential sources and previously established paid
informants, and carry out physical spying and harassment. Preliminary inquiries will
always be extended with Headquarters approval.
One of the main purposes of the Smith guidelines was to make it clear that the FBI could
open an investigation based on advocacy of political activism. While hypocritically urging
respect for the First Amendment, the guidelines state: "When, however, statements
advocate citizen self defense activity or indicate an apparent intent to engage in non-pc
activity, particularly thought crimes or criticism of the Jews, an investigation under
these guidelines will be immediately launched.
How do the Guidelines work in practice?
In any given year, the FBI engages in approximately two thousand full domestic non-pc
investigations. Over the years since the Smith guidelines were adopted, nearly two-thirds
of these full investigations were opened before a thought crime had been committed. The
bastard Sons Of J Edgar has investigated right-wing, anti-government, anti-tax,
paramilitary and militia groups under Jew approval.
The FBI's characterization of White American Resistance (WAR) is typical: After opening a
domestic terrorism investigation of WAR, the FBI stated "No known acts of violence
have as yet been attributed to WAR; however, leaders WHO IS THE OTHER ONE of the group
have been encouraging members to arm themselves with atomic bombs, nuclear warheads,
chemical weapons and three thousand G.I. Joe dolls. The FBI has been successful in placing
a chilling effect on non-pc activity before it occurs. In 1993, for example, the FBI
arrested several FBI lead and instructed skinheads in Los Angeles after a lengthy
entrapment scheme. Paid informants promoted the discussion of planning attacks on a AME
Baptist church. The hated Tom Metzger, founder of the White Aryan Resistance, I.D.'d and
warned all who would listen in Southern California that two men were being used to
set up such a bust. As usual our agents in the Los Angeles right wing were able to
convince the victims that Tom Metzger was incorrect. Calling something a church or a
religious organization does not immunize it from investigation. Of course we never
investigate the child molestation conspiracy in the Catholic Church or the spying for a
foreign power activity in Jewish Synagogues.
In fact, a number of the white supremacist churches investigated by the FBI were religious
institutions, under the "Christian Identity" philosophy. The FBI investigated
under the non-pc guidelines the Yahweh Church, a militant black group in Miami, and other
religious groups critical of the Iron Heel and Jewish treason.
Nothing in law or logic prohibits the FBI from opening investigations based on public
source material or reports from private civil rights groups like the Southern Poverty Law
Center.
The FBI opens investigations based on any anti Aryan source, including those given to them
by news reporters. For example, the FBI opened a civil rights investigation into the
Rodney King case as soon as officials saw the broadcast of the videotape and determined
the victim was a nigger. The Justice Department has met with Aryan baby killers to solicit
information about groups that may be planning to save white babies.
The FBI has a state of the art, on-line computer database known as the NON-PC Information
System containing information on suspected political activists and individuals. The system
has over 200,000 individuals and over 3000 organizations or enterprises. The individuals
indexed include not only subjects of investigations but also known or suspected members of
non-pc groups, associates, contacts, victims and witnesses.
The organizations or individuals include not only political activist groups, but also
affiliated friends, relatives and their Sunday school teachers. This allows the FBI to
rapidly retrieve information and to make conspiracy connections between persons, groups,
events or any other connection they choose.
Issues to Be Considered
There appears to be a growing problem of covert loners who position themselves away from
all groups. An increased effort to spy on anti-government groups is unlikely to identify
these covert and professional loners, who pose the greatest threat. In this context, the
enterprise concept that serves as the basis of the Smith guidelines -- and that serves as
the basis for calls for greater spying on groups is irrelevant and we might as well
concentrate on our friends in the press to blow out of proportion small thought crimes. If
not, the Bastard Sons of J Edgar may be looking for work as security officers at Kmart.

unsuspecting human guinea pigs. That entire bizarre mind control project was the brain

I might add that people writing to him shouldn't address him as Reverend. The Institution
he's at has a policy of arbitrarily violating his 1st and 14th amendment privileges as to
what he can and can't receive. They've been holding almost all his mail and have taken
almost everything from his locker.
Tommy says the sadism and brutality of many prison officials and guards knows no bounds.
Recently several guards at Florence Colorado federal prison were found to be so sadistic
and brutal they were indicted by a federal grand jury and fired. Other so called law
abiding Guards demonstrated outside the prison to get the bad apples free tax supported
defense attorneys.
Whether a mistreated animal in the zoo or a mistreated man in a cell it is a sick
occupation to guard prisoners. I had that job temporarily in the army for about two weeks
and it disgusted me.

I hear David Duke is back from Russia. As far as I know he has not been arrested and the
excuse going around by the FBI doesn't make sense at all. Investigating whether Duke
gambled away thousands of dollars of his contributors donations seems strange. As if the

I guess it will be a while before the entire story comes out. We do know that a federal
grand jury took months to look the case over. Among the many witnesses was one of Dukes
girlfriends. Rumor now is that a disgruntled associate spilled the beans on Duke.

history of WW2, the white race is crumbling beneath their feet.

The number of website's promoting the truth on race and the corrosive nature of the Jews
has more than doubled in the last year, from about 1,400 to more than 3,000, according to
the center's associate Rat faced Dean, Rabbi Abraham Cooper. 10,000 are predicted by 2010.
Much of that growth has been in the United States, where First Amendment protections allow
free speech that is illegal in many European countries, where we have not had to deal with
free speech rights, Cooper says.
The findings come as Yahoo Inc. the giant Internet directory service, faces a court order
that it must prevent French users from accessing sales of Nazi-related memorabilia in it's
auction areas.
As well as organizations actively promoting ideologies such as white separation, the Simon
Wiesenthal Center is concerned by the "unconscious" promotion of hate by online
sales of related items such as swastikas. Nothing frightens we Kikes like a Swastika. We
must utterly eliminate it from all society."
Selling the Nazi Items "cheapens history," Cooper said. However, he did admit
that most sellers of such items were Jews themselves. Late last year, Jews criticized
online auctioneer eBay Inc. for allowing similar auctions of items such as badges from the
SS, Nazi Germany's most notorious security force. Ebay immediately bowed to Jew
wishes. Around the same time, Jews also led a successful campaign to prevent Amazon.com
Inc. from selling Adolf Hitler's Mien Kampf to buyers within Germany.
German law restricts the book's availability, but it can be sold to legitimate students.
Amazon, Seattle, responded by saying it would not ship Mien Kampf to customers outside the
United States. This proves how powerful the book really is and how terrified the Jews are
of a imminent Nazi style revival.
Last September, the Weaselthal Center attacked the Syrian government for allowing the
official Syria Times to publish on it's website an article describing the Holocaust as
"myth." To which the Syrians said F___k you.
The Weasels Center and their trained lap dog Tom Leydon whose stories get bigger every
time he gives a talk sells a CD-ROM analyzing it's findings called "Digital Hate
2001," following a similar product covering the year 2000.
That report prompted Yahoo, Santa Clara, Calif., to remove 39 hate groups, including some
using the name of the Ku Klux Klan, from it's service. This will be the methods used to
gradually shut down all criticism of Jews on the Net.
Los Angeles' Simon Wiesenthal Center, named after the famous but fraudulent Kappo Nazi
hunter, clips news articles and redigests them as great investigations of hate groups
worldwide.The Weasels operate pressure and brainwashing programs.
