That money was given to them for the express purpose of opening up American credit once more to small businesses to keep the country running. We can't even buy ammo anymore without being fingerprinted and registered, and all Internet sales are now banned. And what happens in California always follows suit in the rest of the country shortly after. Get ready for it. Ninety-seven banks have gone belly up since the first collapse, and Red China is now "dumping" American dollars on the open market which is devaluing it to a dangerous all time low. The second and final fall of our economy is just around the corner. Our only hope is to carve out a few pieces of this country to survive in. The majority of it is lost to the vast mudslide our treasonous leaders deliberately imported, and other parts are now populated by millions of degenerates that bear absolutely no resemblance to the Americans of just thirty years ago.
